    Bill Ferguson is the Principle Consultant for all MDM projects for the Kellogg Company. In this capacity, and for the past three years, Mr. Ferguson is the Global Data Governance Officer, as well as MDM Program Manager. He led the selection process for the MDM software vendor and has also led Global Kellogg MDM implementations for Nutrition Management, Logistics, Legal Claims, Consumer Affairs, Packaging and Digital Marketing. Mr. Ferguson designed and delivered the global brand web site development and delivery process which now reaches over 200 web sites in 20 languages, representing a significant ROI for speed to market, and even higher reduction of web site cost. Currently, he is leading the effort to consolidate 12 GDSN data pool providers into a single global instance to facilitate data management, 2014 European nutrition labeling regulatory requirements, pending changes to the US Food Safety Awareness Act, as well as big box North American and European retail customer data requirements. In addition, Mr. Ferguson designed and implemented the Kellogg Global Data Governance program.Currently, he reports to the Kellogg Sr. Director of Digital Enablement, Chairs three regional MDM Executive Steering Committees, and is a member of the Global MDM ESC comprised of Kellogg Executive Management. A former Navy Nuclear Engineer, Mr. Ferguson has been consulting in the MDM, E-commerce and ERP arenas for 18 years. He led the largest Wholesale Distribution ERP in the Southern Hemisphere, has managed multiple Global ERP and Supply Chain implementations, as well as led Digital Marketing projects representing the CPG, Pharmaceutical, and Distribution industries. In addition to being awarded PMP certification in 2003, he also earned a Masters Certification in Project Management from Villanova, and was JD Edwards Project Manager of the Year.
