Pete Eppele brings 20 years of product strategy experience, helping Fortune 500 companies harness Big Data to improve business performance. As Senior Vice President of Products and Science, Eppele is responsible for leading Zilliant�s R&D efforts and defining the product lifecycle and requirements. Prior to Zilliant, he served as Vice President of Product Marketing at Yclip. Prior to Yclip, Eppele managed KD1�s highly scalable data mining and decision support applications used by Walgreens, Lowe�s Home Improvement and Pepsi/Frito Lay. He also worked at Kelly Information Systems where he oversaw product development and implementation of their multi-terabyte data warehouse analytics product line. In addition, he has worked in consulting and product development roles with Category Management, Inc. and Procter & Gamble. He earned his B.B.A. in Quantitative Analysis and Information Systems from the University of Cincinnati.

Justin Glatz is currently responsible for the Information Services group within the Technology department at preeminent media leader Conde Nast. Data warehousing, Integration, Technical Innovation, BI&A, Software Administration, FP&A systems, Tech. Partnerships, and more, all fall within the responsibilities of Mr. Glatz�s expert teams. Walter McFarland is a Management Executive working with diverse corporate and non-profit entities, enabling change management through technology process. Mr. McFarland spent 9 years with Wells Fargo in roles that targeted process improvement in the areas of diversity, social programs, and sales strategy.In 2003 Mr. McFarland joined the Wells Fargo Commercial Banking group, where he was the leader of Customer Relationship Management/ Business Intelligence technology and service group. His responsibilities included delivering strategic solutions and initiatives across internal partners,(Marketing, International Groups) which include technology and process improvement projects for Financial Service, Non-Profit organizations, and Healthcare strategy.Mr. McFarland has had a long involvement with community organizing and delivering knowledge solutions to executive leadership. Before joining the financial services industry, he led and managed social programs for City of Saint Paul Parks. Currently, he leads customer experience for MNHS, which is focused on delivering knowledge capital solutions through technology. In his career Walter has been a program manger for national community outreach programs, working with national non-profit organizations.Mr. McFarland has certifications in ERP solutions and is a Six Sigma Black Belt. He holds a BA from the University of St. ThomasMr. McFarland is a member of several technology, and professional organizations; he also sits on Saint Paul Foundation�s PACE board. Mr. McFarland resides in his hometown of Saint Paul MN, where he is active member of the West Saint Paul Athletic Association coaching youth sports programs.�

Robyn Lussier currently leads the Data Governance function for Capital Group�s Investment Management division. She is responsible for initiating the Data Governance function, the strategic direction and on-going management of the data governance and metadata management programs for Investment Management.� Additionally, she is assisting in the development and rollout of enterprise data governance and metadata functions across Capital Group.� Prior to this role, Robyn had extensive experience in governance and risk management practices in the financial services and health care industries.

CP Singh is a Managing Principal of CPSI Consulting, a firm focusing on helping organizations with the development and execution of Data Governance programs, Master Data Management solution implementations, building big data predictive modeling tools/solutions, and business processes to assist in the sustenance of such programs/solutions. Prior to CPSI Consulting, Mr. Singh designed, executed, and led Enterprise Data Management/Governance (EDM) and Reference Data Management (RDM) programs, custom and packaged technology solution implementations by leading multi-million dollar implementations at Oaktree Capital Management, Capital Group, Bank of America, and Accenture. Mr. Singh received his MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and a bachelors from Brigham Young University.

Transformational change includes Data Governance, Data Quality, Master Data Management, Data Integration and Business Analytics capabilities. Carl has demonstrated experience in taming data chaos for large, complex data landscapes in Financial Services, Consumer Products, Retail and Manufacturing. Prior to joining TIAA-CREF, he has led IT strategy and roadmap, IT governance, information management, enterprise architecture and analytics functions for Essilor of America, Tween Brands, American Financial Group and Procter & Gamble. Carl is active in the IT and Data Management industry as a presenter and participant in forums like the IT Leadership Academy, CIO Solutions Gallery, Past President of the Southwest Ohio Data Management Association chapter and co-founder of the Columbus Business Intelligence Roundtable.

Richard Gerbrandt is a senior level Enterprise Data Architect at Datasource Consulting with extensive experience developing transactional and data warehouse data models for various business environments. �Prior to joining Datasource, he was an Enterprise Data Architect at a Global Automobile Manufacturer working with a team of data architects establishing standards and delivering application and an enterprise data warehouse data models. Fatemeh Khatibloo is a principal analyst at Forrester Research. Fatemeh serves B2C marketing professionals, with a focus on the shifting global consumer data ecosystem. She helps marketers navigate the complex connections between privacy, trust, and ethical data use, including the practices and vendors that can help them bridge the privacy/personalization paradox. Her seminal research on personal identity management (PIDM) describes how consumers will soon manage the sharing of their personal data with each other and with businesses. Her report "Adaptive Intelligence" further defines a framework for privacy-compliant data sharing between organizations to gain insight, reduce risk, and increase profitability.
Fatemeh focuses on privacy, identity, customer insights (CI) services, CI strategy, data monetization, data sharing, adaptive intelligence and consumer preference.
Previous Work Experience
Prior to joining Forrester, Fatemeh was principal of Times Two Marketing, where she built social and multichannel marketing programs designed to engage consumers, drive brand loyalty, and deliver relevant, actionable data to her clients. Prior experience at Binger Catalog Marketing, Abacus, and HagginGroup (now Epsilon) provided her with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing multichannel organizations across a spectrum of channels, market verticals, and disciplines. She has also held multichannel marketing positions on the client side, with firms like The Flax Companies and The Sharper Image.
Fatemeh is a member of the International Associate of Privacy Professional (IAPP) and is a Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM). She has served as a judge for the Multichannel Merchant Awards and the ECHO Awards.
