Glen is the Director of Product Management for MDM at Informatica. He is currently responsible for Informatica Solutions and Informatica Cloud MDM. Glen joined Informatica following the Siperian acquisition; where he was instrumental in defining and delivering new products - including Data Director, Data Controls and Hierarchy Manager. With over 20 years of leadership experience, he holds two software patents, and has directed product development and product management efforts at enterprise software leaders such as IBM. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Bryant University and an MBA from Bentley University.

Doug Cosby manages the development and strategy of Oracle's Data Relationship Management (DRM) product. His day-to-day activities include product roadmap planning, managing the development team, and executive sponsorship on key MDM projects. Prior to Oracle, he was the founder of Razza Solutions and one of the inventors of original DRM product. Doug has designed, developed, and implemented MDM solutions for the last 15+ years. He holds a bachelors degree of business administration from the University of Texas at Austin where he majored in Accounting and Finance.

Sandra Recca's career spans two decades of business systems leadership in both executive and consulting roles. She leads initiatives to strengthen operational effectiveness and system security. She has developed and managed teams at Moody's, The Jones Group, Kurt Salmon Associates and Grant Thornton. At Moody’s she focuses on Data Governance and ensuring that data best practices are followed. Sandra’s other areas of expertise include:- Business Architecture - IT Strategy and Operations- Software Selection and Implementation- Business Process Analysis Ms Recca holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, and a BA from the University of Chicago in Politics, Economics, Rhetoric and Law
