John H. Dalton, former Secretary of the Navy, joined The Financial Services Roundtable in January 2005 as President of the Housing Policy Council to guide the expansion of the Council and its public policy agenda to the Administration and Congress. HPC was formed in May 2003, and is the premier forum for leaders of the financial services industry to positively influence issues in the housing policy arena. Thirty-one member companies comprise the HPC, originating, servicing and insuring more than 75 percent of the mortgages in the nation. The HPC believes a vibrant and fully integrated mortgage and housing industry is a central pillar of a healthy economy.Secretary Dalton has had a distinguished career in government beginning as a naval officer. Serving in the Navy from 1964 to 1969, he attained the rank of Lieutenant while serving on active duty and subsequently was promoted to Lieutenant Commander in the U.S. Naval Reserve.In 1977, President Carter nominated him to be President of the Government National Mortgage Association of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. In December 1979, President Carter nominated him to the Federal Home Loan Bank Board, where he served as a member and chairman until July 1981. On July 1, 1993, President Clinton nominated him to become the Secretary of the Navy. Secretary Dalton was sworn in as the 70th Secretary of the Navy on July 22, 1993 and served in that capacity until November 1998.In the private sector, Secretary Dalton began his career with the investment-banking firm of Goldman, Sachs & Company in Dallas, Texas. He was also President of the Real Estate Division of the Gill Companies of San Antonio, TX; Chairman and Chief Executive officer of Freedom Capital Corporation, Managing Director of the merchant banking firms Best Associates and Mason Best Company as well as heading the San Antonio office of Stephens Inc., a Little Rock, Arkansas-based investment banking firm. Most recently Secretary Dalton was President of IPG Photonics Corporation in Oxford, Massachusetts.Well versed in investment banking, leadership and management, he currently serves on the boards of directors of Washington First Bank, BGC Partners, Inc. and Fresh Del Monte Produce, Inc. Mr. Dalton also serves on the board of the White House Historic Association.Secretary Dalton is actively engaged in the world community through his volunteer activities. He serves on the Advisory Board of the Center for Strategic and International Studies and is a Chalice Bearer and Lay Reader at the Washington National Cathedral, where he is a member of the Chapter. He is a member of the Alfalfa Club and is a participating supporter of Habitat for Humanity and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.He graduated with distinction from the U.S. Naval Academy in 1964, having served as Deputy Brigade Commander, the Academy�s number two ranking position. In 1971 he received a Master of Business Administration Degree from the Wharton School of Finance and Commerce of the University of Pennsylvania.

As Managing Director for RR Donnelley�s Global Real Estate Services division, Jeff provides portfolio and loan risk analytical services for investors and also directs teams of consultants performing mortgage banking operational audits and loan file reviews. Prior to RR Donnelley, Jeff led EAG Consultants, assisting banks and vendors in strategic technical and operational improvement initiatives. Jeff also worked for Meta Group (division of Gartner Group) as a financial industry analyst and Computer Sciences Corporation as a computer scientist. Jeff holds an MBA in Finance and Banking and is certified in Risk and Information Systems Control by ISACA. He also holds BS in Computer Science and an MS in Cybersecurity with a CISSP certification from ISC2.

Denis Brosnan is a proven senior consultant and executive leader with deep experience guiding organizations throughout various lifecycle phases including start-up, rapid growth and maturity.Denis is the former Chief Executive Officer of Prommis Solutions, a leading national provider of knowledge-based origination and default-related processing services to the real estate finance industry. Before joining Prommis, Brosnan was a founding partner and principal of E-A-G Consultants LLC, a boutique strategic consulting firm focused on the mortgage and financial services industries. At E-A-G, Brosnan advised clients on strategic planning, organizational design, technology selection and implementation, project management, quality management and compliance strategies and corporate governance. Prior to that, Brosnan was Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Charlotte, NC � based Prizm Technologies, an IT outsourcing firm, and AP3 Solutions, a related software development firm. Brosnan came to Prizm/AP3 from legal practice at Rogers Townsend & Thomas, PC, where he represented financial services clients in North and South Carolina.Brosnan currently serves as the Managing Director of the Global Workforce Initiative for the Georgia Foundation for Public Education, a state-chartered not-for-profit that promotes innovation in Education, and he is a member of the Board of Directors of the Clean Air Campaign, Inc., a not-for-profit that works with businesses and local governments on programs to improve air quality by reducing traffic congestion in the Metro Atlanta region. During his tenure at Prommis, Brosnan also served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Talk About Your Future, Inc., an Atlanta-based non-profit organization linking urban public school students with business professionals. Brosnan was also a Captain in the JAG Corps of the U.S. Army Reserve for eight years, serving both stateside and overseas. Brosnan holds a B.S. degree in Management from Clemson University and a J.D. degree from the University of South Carolina.Brosnan lives in Sandy Springs, Georgia, with his wife and daughter.

George FitzGerald serves as senior vice president of product management for Black Knight Financial Services' Servicing & Default Technologies division. In this role, FitzGerald is responsible for day-to-day management of Black Knight�s servicing and default solutions, including functional enhancements and regulatory changes that support the client�s servicing requirements. FitzGerald has been with Black Knight for 20 years and has 27 years of experience in the mortgage banking industry. Prior to his current position, he served as senior vice president of sales support, vice president of professional services and senior business analyst for mortgage product development. Prior to Black Knight, FitzGerald spent seven years in mortgage servicing in a variety of roles covering virtually every aspect of the mortgage servicing life cycle. He has served as vice president of operations for First Nationwide Bank and Bay View Bank. FitzGerald earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of San Francisco and is an active member of the Mortgage Bankers Association.

Dave Worrall is President of RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing Corporation. Prior to joining RoundPoint, Mr. Worrall was a Director with CitiMortgage where he had direct responsibility for loss mitigation on Citi's risk-owned portfolio, master servicing and sub-servicing relationships. Prior to joining CitiMortgage, Mr. Worrall worked for Fannie Mae as Vice President of Operations for its National Servicing Organization. In this position Mr. Worrall led Fannie Mae�s loss mitigation, foreclosure, bankruptcy, servicing oversight, technology, compliance and servicing policy functions.He also played key roles in the development of various government programs including HAMP, 2MP and HAFA. Before joining Fannie Mae, Mr. Worrall held senior roles at Rescap and GMAC-RFC.
