Robert comes to Mortgage Cadence with a robust knowledgebase of Mortgage Banking compiled from his 14 years of experience in the Mortgage Origination and Servicing domain. His deep understanding of the business has allowed him to successfully provide technology solutions to complex business problems in ever-changing environments. Robert helped American Home Mortgage grow from a small regional mortgage bank to a Top 10 Lender in Retail, Wholesale and Correspondent lending and was responsible for the growth and development of the companys LOS and POS. He was a member of the Executive Management Committee and helped integrate 16 companies American Home acquired in his time there. Most recently, Robert was the Chief Technology Officer at Bridgefield Mortgage Corp, a mortgage servicer specializing in distressed asset servicing, successfully redesigning the organizations Disaster Recovery Plan and was an integral part in helping Bridgefield obtain its SAS70 certification. Robert received his Bachelors Degree from S.U.N.Y at Stony Brook and also completed extensive course work at St. Johns University School of Law.

Dr. Healy is a founding principal and President of Level1Analytics, LLC. Level1 provides financial modeling software and services to the mortgage lending industry. Previous experiences include executive roles at: Hanover Capital Partners; Countrywide Securities; CoreStates Capital Markets; CEO of Kislak National Bank; and VP and CFO of the consumer banking sector of Chase Manhattan Bank. He began his career at Chase as an assistant to David Rockefeller. Dr Healy earned a B.S. Cum Laude in Math/Economics; MBA specializing in Banking; and a Doctorate in Business Administration with an emphasis on the business application of information technology. Tom also holds the Certified Mortgage Banker designation. A Master Faculty Fellow of the Mortgage Bankers Association, Tom is a frequent lecturer and author on asset optimization topics to the financial services industry both here and abroad.

Mr. Emerling has over 40 years of management expertise in banking and mortgage lending with extensive experience in operations, regulatory compliance, servicing, and risk management.� Mr. Emerling previously served as the President of a national FHA Association and served as the speaker for Fannie Mae, the National Reverse Mortgage Lending Association (NRMLA) and the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA).�Mr. Emerling has spent the last 7 years managing quality control, operations and servicing compliance within the forward and reverse mortgage lending industries. From 2005 to 2009, Mr. Emerling was responsible for developing and managing the compliance, risk and quality control systems for Financial Freedom Senior Lending Corporation.� At its peak, Financial Freedom was funding more than 4500 reverse mortgage loans per month of which Mr. Emerling was responsible for the FHA quality control audits, FHA insuring, regulatory compliance, servicing compliance, wiring detail and overall risk management.� He was also responsible for the oversight of any OTS, FDIC, FHA or other GSE audits.Since 2011, Mr. Emerling has worked as the Senior Vice President of Mortgage Operations at Silvergate Bank, a California state charted bank. He has oversight for the lending operations for both the forward and reverse mortgage departments. He also interfaces with the servicing departments for both forward and reverse mortgages.
