At Tractable, Jimmy supports the North American leadership in driving the adoption of Tractable's artificial intelligence products. Spears joined Tractable after 30+ years working in the insurance and automotive industry, where he led USAA's auto claims experience and global auto physical damage operations and strategy, and the Strategic Initiatives team at Farmers Insurance. He also served 13 years in the US Army and is a combat veteran of Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm.

Ron Porter is a Legal Data Expert at Lex Machina in the area of Product Liability. Ron joined Lex Machina after working as a product liability lawyer for an automotive company. Prior to that, he worked as a commercial and product liability lawyer at a mid-sized Detroit law firm.

Ron received a BA degree in History from the University of Michigan and a JD from the University of Michigan.
