Chase Huey is Vice President, Innovation Pipeline for RGAX. As a key member of the RGAX Global Accelerator team, Chase is responsible for leading concept validation and executing business concepts as they progress through the pipeline.
Chase has worked in a variety of industries, beginning his career in the non-profit sector managing mobile clinics throughout the state of Iowa focused on serving migrant farm workers. He then moved to St. Louis after being accepted into the Coro Fellows Program in Public Affairs, during which time he led a number of initiatives for corporate and political organizations.
After completing the fellowship, Chase started a small project management consulting practice before taking a role as a director in clinical outreach and public health/ at-risk population research with the Saint Louis University sponsored clinic, Casa de Salud.
Chase has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Carleton College, and later received his MBA from Washington University in St. Louis, studying Marketing and Entrepreneurship. During his graduate studies, he completed consulting practicums for start-ups in the U.S. and Israel. After graduating, he worked in technology business development and early-concept validation consulting before joining RGAX as an Entrepreneur in Residence and then becoming a full-time employee in 2016.

Ben Zatlin serves as Vice President and General Manager of Agero's Accident Management business, a role he began in September 2021. Prior to leading the Accident Management line of business, Ben spent the previous two and a half years leading Agero's digital transformation to Swoop, its next-generation dispatching platform. He is passionate about leveraging technology to drive claims innovation and deliver consistent, high-quality service. Prior to Agero, Ben was a management consultant at professional services firm Deloitte and an operations engineer at life sciences company Abbott Laboratories. Kenneth Byrd serves as Vice President and Head of Protection New Business Operations for Protective Life Corporation, where he is responsible for leading telelife, submit, case management, policy issue, 1035 exchange, new business accounting, exception handling, compliance, customer guides, and policy revisions. Byrd, a 20-year financial industry veteran, oversees more than 250 teammates as well as third-party vendor relationships. With a budget of over $20 million, he develops and authors strategic plans, works to improve customer and distributor experiences, and delivers significant cost savings. Byrd achieved a bachelor's degree in accounting and management information systems as well as his MBA from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
