Maureen Ezekwugo is the Chief Executive Officer of Oggvo, a technology company that is on a mission to help level the playing field between small businesses and big companies that have access to more resources for brand awareness and growth. With more than 20 years of experience, Maureen's career has been dedicated to helping businesses thrive online with products that transform how they market themselves to stand out and connect with today's modern online consumer.  As CEO, Maureen is responsible for strategy, culture, vision, growth, and shareholder value at Oggvo. 

Maureen has deep experience in driving revenue growth, building high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional customer value in competitive business markets, having served most recently as Chief Customer Officer at RealSelf – the leading online destination for consumers shopping in the aesthetic medicine space - where she led revenue growth, customer operations, and B2B marketing. Maureen is proud of her work with companies in the startup and hyper-growth stages including businesses such as MarketLeader, a software company in the real estate industry, where she helped build a powerful sales force that increased annual revenues from $1M to $100M throughout her leadership tenure.

Maureen also serves as a board member of Ada Developers Academy and as an advisor to multiple startups including BeautyTap and JoyMD. She regularly volunteers with organizations such as the Big Brother Big Sisters of America and enjoys spending her free time traveling, connecting with friends, and relaxing with her family and her cat Sochi.

Éric Sibony is the co-founder and scientific director (CSO) of Shift Technology.

Loren Lirely is a senior vice president in the accounting and reporting advisory practice of the transaction advisory group at Stout. He has over seven years experience providing accounting and reporting services to both public and private sector clients.

Naveed Yahya is a director in the valuation advisory group at Stout. He has extensive experience providing professional valuation advisory services in the fields of financial reporting, intellectual property and intangible asset valuations, taxation and corporate transactions.

Ron is the VP of Product Consulting and Compliance for ADP Retirement Services. Ron is responsible for delivering products and services to plan sponsors in order to help them maintain their retirement plans in compliance with all applicable IRS and DOL regulations.

Amana Lilley, CPA, SHRM-CP, PHR, is a consultant at Rosenberg Associates. She began her career in public accounting working in both audit and tax. She spent over five years working with a variety of clients ranging from real estate partnerships to ultra-high net-worth individuals. In 2019, she pivoted her career to assist the profession as a human resource professional focusing on a wide range of areas including talent management, learning and development and general compliance. Today she works with progressive CPA firm leaders and teams on projects such as partner compensation, partner agreements, workshops, strategic retreat facilitation and HR consulting. She is a graduate of Portland State University.

Jason Hammersla is the VP of communications at American Benefits Council, a Washington D.C.-based public policy organization that advocates for employers on critical matters of employee benefits policy. 

Neil brings over 25+ years of business and technical experience in various product and business development roles in technology companies specializing in software solutions for Insurtech, Fintech, Telecoms, Real Estate, Geospatial and Telematics. Neil has held senior management positions in both start-up and corporate entities and is comfortable with merger & acquisition environments. Neil is currently the chief strategy officer for Arturo.ai, a property intelligence company.

Greg Puig is the head of Group Insurance for Sentinel Benefits & Financial Group. With offices in Massachusetts, New York and Michigan, the company serves more than 3,500 clients across the U.S.
