    Kira Chuchom is responsible for building the framework and deployment strategy for Data Governance Offices world-wide for Microsoft, as well as developing and providing Data Governance and Compliancy services for Microsoft IT’s Data Management Services (DMS) organization.  Ms. Chuchom is a data management strategist and data evangelist, with experience across data-related disciplines such as Data Governance, Data Quality, MDM (Customer and Product), Enterprise Data Warehouses, Business Intelligence, data modeling, data architecture, hierarchy management and metadata strategy.  Previously, she headed up Data and Architecture Governance at Kaiser Permanente, Enterprise Data Quality and Data Governance at Cisco Systems, Product Data Management at eBay, Decision Support at Rainmaker Systems, as well as metadata and data-based publishing solutions at CMP Media.  Ms. Chuchom received her MBA, Finance and Investments from The George Washington University - School of Business.

    Jennifer Willis is Assistant Vice-President of IT Infrastructure for Manulife Financial's US Insurance Division - John Hancock. She has held senior IT roles in financial services and healthcare, specializing in service delivery, strategic planning, application management and customer support.Jennifer has been responsible for the development and implementation of successful initiatives assessing business strategies and service alternatives, developing integrated operational models and identifying significant cost reduction measures including the development of a business systems strategy for a major Canadian teaching hospital and the creation of an M&A framework to for IT service integration. Additionally Jennifer has been responsible for the direct management and leadership of highly effective technical teams providing key IT services in both an in-house and outsourced services environment including: network management, application support and development, data centre operations, service desk and desktop support.Prior to establishing a career in IT, Jennifer worked for the Ontario Provincial Government where she launched an investment program for the sound recording industry, provided project management for a large design/build construction project and was part of the team to develop an overall strategy for the Tourism Sector including attractions, infrastructure, IT and human resources. Jennifer holds a degrees from Queen's University in Politics and Economics with PMP and ITIL certifications.

  • Mark Burton has 30 years of sales and marketing experience, highlighted by executive sales roles at MySQL AB and Informatica. At MySQL, as EVP of Worldwide Sales and Alliances, he contributed as the sales executive building a worldwide sales engine monetizing the MySQL open source brand and culminating in a $1 billion acquisition by Sun Microsystems in February 2008. At Informatica, Burton held roles as senior vice president of Americas Sales and eventually group vice president of Worldwide Sales and Alliances. His contribution helped grow Informatica from $12m to over $150m in sales resulting in a successful IPO in April 1999 and a secondary offering in September 2000. Other positions include several vice president of sales and marketing roles in early stage companies, executive-in-residence at Partech International Venture Partners, and regional sales management at Oracle, among others.Burton also serves on the board of directors of open-source leaders Zend and MuleSource as well as on the advisory board for Jaspersoft.
