Currently he is the Project Manager and Subject Matter Expert for the implementation of a Performance Evaluation Model and Quality Assurance system for HUD’s REO Disposition Program. In this position he is responsible for the implementation of an evaluation and risk assessment model designed to measure, track, monitor and report on the performance of Field Service Management and Asset Management vendors. The program and risk assessment model is designed to implement an efficient, transparent, cost effective and productive structure with strong data analytics, performance metrics and risk management oversight for one of the nation’s largest REO management programs.

Mr. Hebner is also the Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Community Rebuild Partners, a distressed real estate investment firm.Mr. Hebner is a recognized expert in the loss mitigation and distressed residential asset fields and has been an author and presenter on a wide range of topical issues facing the residential mortgage industry.     Kim Ellison is the Senior Industry Relations Manager in Fannie Mae’s Mortgage Fraud program. Kim’s role is to coordinate Fannie Mae’s anti-fraud efforts with Fannie Mae’s partners, including the lending community, industry groups and law enforcement. Prior to joining Fannie Mae, Kim was a credit risk and claims division senior executive for a mortgage fraud insurance company where she had oversight over claims investigations, insurance claims processing and risk based operational assessments of lenders with an emphasis on fraud prevention measures. Kim has extensive fraud management and QC experience in her 25 year mortgage career, having served as a Fraud Investigations Division Director at GMAC-RFC, a QC Sr. Manager at Norwest Bank (Wells Fargo), and a QC specialist at a small mortgage lending company. Her experience also includes roles in fraud training, servicing operations, underwriting and internal audit. Kim has been an active participant with the MBA’s Quality Assurance and Leadership committees as well as numerous conference planning committees for the MBA. Kim has been a frequent speaker and trainer at MBA, NHEMA, School of Mortgage Banking and other industry events related to mortgage fraud and quality control. Kim co-created the Fraudopoly and Fraudster’s Feud games played at MBA functions. Kim holds a BS degree in Accounting from the University of Minnesota.

Prior to joining Nationstar in February 2008, he was with GMAC Residential Funding Corporation for nine years in a variety of roles, including Managing Director of its Homecomings servicing and Master Servicing operations and as CEO of its United Kingdom Mortgage Lending Business. After graduating from the University of North Texas, and spending five years with Ernst & Young, Robert spent the first 9 years of his mortgage career with Capstead Mortgage Corporation in servicing and portfolio management roles.

    Lisa C. DeLessio is partner in the Maryland office of Hudson Cook, LLP. She joined Hudson Cook in December 2004, and concentrates her practice in consumer financial services law. She assists national and state banks, savings associations, mortgage bankers, and licensed mortgage lenders and servicers with a variety of federal and state compliance issues. Lisa worked with CounselorLibrary.com, LLC to create a multi-state compliance database to address mortgage servicing issues and regularly works on issues faced by mortgage servicers. Prior to joining Hudson Cook, Lisa was an associate in the commercial litigation department of Shulman, Rogers, Gandal, Pordy & Ecker, P.C. Her practice focused on litigation involving contract, partnership, corporate, and employment disputes. Lisa also served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Ann S. Harrington in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, Maryland. Lisa graduated from the University of Maryland School of Law and received her undergraduate degree with honors from Loyola College in Baltimore, Maryland. Lisa is admitted to practice law in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia.     Michael T. Hernandez is Fannie Mae's Vice President – Foreclosure Prevention and Outreach. He reports to the Senior Vice President – National Servicing Organization (NSO). Hernandez is responsible for the development and operation of borrower loss mitigation and retention strategies, including the Fannie Mae Mortgage Help Centers, Non-Profit Counseling partnerships and Outreach events and activities. He is also responsible for the development and deployment of Fannie Mae's mortgage mediation initiatives. Before his recent appointment, Hernandez was Vice President – Policy responsible for the development and ongoing maintenance of HCD financial risk policies, standards and procedures for establishing and maintaining HCD Delegations of Authority, and for the review and approval of HCD New Business Initiatives. Preceding that position he was Vice President - Community Development HCD for the Southwestern Regional Office, Dallas, TX, responsible for implementing Fannie Mae's American Dream Commitment and directing affordable housing efforts and investments in the ten-state region.Previously, Hernandez held several positions with Fannie Mae including Director of the San Antonio Community Development Center, and Director of Housing Initiatives at Fannie Mae's Washington, DC office. Prior to joining Fannie Mae in July 1993, Hernandez served as the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Single-Family Housing with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.Early in his professional career, Hernandez was Vice President of Commercial Real Estate with NationsBank where he oversaw the origination and servicing of a $200 million portfolio. Hernandez has a master of business administration from St. Mary's University in San Antonio, TX.
