    Frank is a Managing Principal of Capco. He has 30+ years of experience in finance and risk management, including projects in mortgage banking, consumer lending, and investment management, both as a consultant and a bank executive. Frank specializes in identifying critical risks/opportunities (especially involving credit & market risk), quantifying their impact and presenting these insights creatively. Frank is currently responsible for Capco’s Automated Underwriting Decisioning tool that focuses on home loan valuations and loss mitigation/loan modification strategies. Prior to Capco, Frank worked as a SVP at Marsh’s Oliver Wyman. He was a Principle of Arthur Andersen/Accenture and also a senior M&A analyst at First Nationwide Bank (during the last S&L crisis) and a First VP at Wells Fargo in their home lending businesses. His finance expertise was honed while serving as CFO for Citibank’s International Private Bank.

  • Marlon Groen is Vice President of Legal and Compliance at PHH Mortgage and is responsible for partnering with the business units to maintain compliance with applicable state and federal laws impacting the mortgage lending business from loan origination through foreclosure. This role is critical to PHH Mortgage business to ensure compliance with mortgage banking and servicing state and national legal requirements. Prior to joining PHH, Marlon was Vice President and Senior Counsel at Sovereign Bank where he was providing legal compliance support in all areas of wholesale and retail residential mortgage lending, servicing and default. Marlon obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree In History and Political Science from the University of Delaware, and his Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School.

    Doris Raimundi joined Saxon in 2010 as Vice President of Portfolio Management where she is responsible for oversight of Saxon’s Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac assets. Doris has over 14 years experience in default servicing and prior to Saxon was employed at JPMorgan Chase as Vice President over various collections and loss mitigation operational divisions. Doris has held a variety of management positions with JPMorgan Chase, EMC and HSBC and has a BA in International Relations from the University of South Florida and an EMBA specializing in International Business Management from the University of Miami

  • Dorothy Siple is a 22 year veteran at Fannie Mae, who is a Sr. Credit Risk Analyst, in Servicing Credit Risk Policy responsible for the Fannie Mae Servicing Guide. In this capacity, Ms. Siple leads the policy development efforts for new or revised Fannie Mae servicing policy. Her duties will include executing servicing announcements, examining risk elements of proposed servicing policy initiatives, and consulting business units on Fannie Mae servicing policy. Ms. Siple has served Fannie Mae in a variety of customer management roles, including the positions of Servicing Consultant and Credit Risk Manager. Dorothy holds a Master’s degree in Marketing from Lewis University, where she also received her undergraduate degree.

  • Jon is a member of PMI’s Loss Mitigation Strategy and Analytics team. He has with over 27 years of experience in the mortgage industry, with 21 years in the mortgage insurance business. His broad range of experience spans loan origination, default servicing, loss management, counterparty policy, risk management, structured finance and international mortgage risk. Jon is responsible for PMI’s borrower outreach campaign strategies and business partner initiatives.

    Rose Mancini is Deputy General Counsel of HSBC-North America’s Consumer and Mortgage Lending business.Rose joined HSBC’s Household International’s business in September 1985 as associate general counsel for Household’s commercial real estate group. She was appointed general counsel for the retail services group in April 1991, then assumed the same role for HFC in 1993. In 1995, Rose was appointed general counsel and corporate secretary of Household’s auto finance operation, also serving in the same capacity for Household Bank, fsb, from July 1996 to October 1997. She became group general counsel in February 2004, with responsibility for HSBC-North America’s auto, mortgage services, insurance and taxpayer financial services law departments.Prior to joining HSBC, Rose was an attorney in the commercial real estate department of the Prudential Insurance Company of America in Chicago, Illinois. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois-Champaign/Urbana, and earned her Doctor of Law degree from the Illinois Institute of Technology-Chicago Kent College of Law in 1980.Rose participates with various trade associations, including Consumer Mortgage Coalition and Mortgage Bankers Association.
