  • Bill King is the Chief Investment Officer and Head of Asset and Risk Management of Carrington Holding Company, LLC. In this newly-created position, Mr. King manages the company's two investment-focused business units, Carrington Capital Management, LLC, an alternative asset management firm focused on control-based investing in the US real estate, mortgage and fixed income markets, and Carrington Investment Services, LLC, a registered broker-dealer with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and member of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. Mr. King brings over 20 years of experience in securitized products, and a broad range of trading knowledge including mortgages, asset-backed securities, collateralized-debt obligations and commercial mortgage backed securities. Immediately prior to joining Carrington, Mr. King was head of Securitized Products at Citadel LLC. Prior to that, Mr. King was co-head of Global Securitized Products at JP Morgan, where he previously held other executive positions, including head of US Securitized Products, head of Mortgage Trading and head of pass-through trading. Mr. King also served on the mortgage trading desks at both Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette and Merrill Lynch.Mr. King holds a bachelor degree in Finance from Syracuse University and an MBA from New York University.

    Herb Blecher is a Senior Vice President in Lender Processing Services’ Applied Analytics division (LPS AA). In this role, Herb is responsible for the management and analysis of LPS AA’s Loan Data products, including the industry-leading McDash database, which tracks the performance and characteristics of almost 70% of all outstanding first-lien mortgages. Most major market participants, including mortgage servicers, government regulators, mortgage insurance companies and investors, rely upon LPS AA’s data and analyses to help drive their success. Herb has also served as program manager on several government data and analytics projects for LPS, including those related to the U.S. Treasury’s Home Affordable Modification Program (HAMP) and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency’s Mortgage and Home Equity Metrics. Herb hosts LPS’ monthly “Mortgage Monitor” webinar, reporting on national and regional trends in the mortgage industry, and is regularly quoted in print and electronic media publications. In 2004, Herb joined McDash Analytics, which was subsequently acquired by LPS. Prior to joining the company, Herb spent three years at The Murrayhill Company (acquired by Clayton Fixed Income) managing their analytics department and developing reporting focused on credit risk management in the private label securities market. Previously, Herb spent seven years working on secondary trading desks in New York City, selling mortgage- and asset-backed securities for UBS Securities and SG Cowen.

    Cade Holleman is responsible for the day-to-day management of the National Association of Women REO Brokerages. In his role as Executive Director, Cade specifically oversees the association’s government relations, events and educational programming development, as well as all content delivered by NAWRB to its membership base and the public at large. Cade specializes in U.S. housing policy with a focus on REO disposition and small disadvantaged business utilization. He is an affiliate member of REOMAC and the Center for Association Leadership. Cade has been with NAWRB since April 2010. In 2005, Cade received his bachelor’s degree in Public Relations at St. Louis’ Webster University, and then went on to achieve his Master’s of Arts in International Cooperation at Yonsei University in Seoul, South Korea. Cody manages a team that provides back office support and the facilitation of short sales for various realtor and attorney networks on a national scale.Prior to joining Wingspan, Cody served as a Loss Mitigation Supervisor at Saxon/Morgan Stanley where he oversaw the day-to-day operation and internal auditing of short sales for securitized, GSE, and HAFA portfolios. Cody began his career in default servicing at Saxon, rising from modification underwriter to supervising early to late stage collections, modifications, and short sale teams during his tenure.
