Patrick O'Boyle is a founding partner of MSP Consulting and has more than 20 years of experience advising businesses in the areas of payment services technologies, customer service and support, as well as experience working across several industries, from startups to Fortune 500 businesses. Previously, O’Boyle was a partner with Accenture. MSP Consulting is an advisory and services firm specializing in optimizing payment acceptance programs for businesses. MSP Consulting audits several hundred merchant account programs each year.

Session advises clients on a variety of employee benefits matters, including qualified retirement plans, employment and severance agreements, executive compensation packages and welfare benefit plans.

Sabrina Parsons is CEO of Palo Alto Software, developer of the business management and planning software LivePlan. Palo Alto Software develops software and tools specifically targeted for entrepreneurs and small-business owners, as well as CPAs, accountants, and bookkeepers. Sabrina assumed the CEO role in May 2007 and is responsible for Palo Alto's business planning, fiscal and strategic goals and all of the company's traditional marketing. She is a graduate of Princeton University.

Michael J. Mihalik is chief information security officer at SPHERE Technology Solutions in New Jersey. He has over 33 years experience in property and casualty insurance with leading companies, and specializes in risk assessment, gap analysis, policy development, security awareness training and strategy development and implementation.

Robert T. Barnett, CFA, FRM, is a senior vice president with Valuation Research Corporation. He specializes in valuations for private equity, venture capital, hedge fund and corporate clients with a focus on complex capital structures and financial instruments.

Elina Tarkazikis is a reporter for National Mortgage News. She is a graduate of Ramapo College of New Jersey, where she was the founding editor in chief of the school's chapter of HerCampus.com and a staff writer for its student-run publication, The Ramapo News. She has previously worked for The County Seat in Hackensack and Elvis Duran and the Morning Show, iHeartMedia's nationally syndicated radio program. Elina is also a licensed real estate agent in New Jersey, adores pets and speaks three languages.
