Don Casson is president, CEO, and co-founder of Evergreen Systems, Inc., based outside Washington, D.C. in northern Virginia. He has more than 17 years of experience in leading, building, managing, and operating technology companies. Richard Furino is senior vice president, Worldwide Client Services of Callidus Software Inc. He joined Callidus Software with a successful history of building and managing effective software engineering organizations, and implementing multimillion-dollar projects within the financial services industry. He has extensive experience in software engineering management with an emphasis on architecture and quality.Prior to joining Callidus Software, Furino worked for Washington Mutual, where he served as the Senior Vice President of Technology Solutions. He successfully directed the technology projects of the mortgage division and built a software engineering and support team of over 1,000 people. He has also served as chief technology officer at Creative Planet, president and chief operating officer at Countrywide Technology Solutions, and vice president of Integration Services and Software Engineering at Great Western Bank.
