Andy Fenselau has led product management across various parts of the data center technology stacks since 1998. He is currently senior group manager, Linux and UNIX Platforms Product Management for Symantec's Data Center Management Group.  He spends most of his time with customers and partners to ensure Symantec's solutions are meeting their needs, today and tomorrow. Before Symantec, Fenselau was the director of Product Management for Silicon Graphics' server lines, where he conceived and delivered the award-winning Linux and Intel-based Altix servers. As a Linux evangelist, Fenselau has authored many articles and spoken at many events over the years about the technical and business advantages of the evolving Linux solutions. Derek Palma is co-founder, CTO and vice president of Engineering for ClearApp. Palma is responsible for the definition and delivery of ClearApp model-based application performance management products, technologies and platforms for portal, SOA and J2EE application environments. Palma has experience working with Fortune 500 enterprises, including financial institutions, to solve challenging high-volume e-business infrastructure performance problems and implement robust performance management methodologies.
