Jim is a Senior Vice President in Deloitte Corporate Finances Infrastructure Advisory practice where he provides strategic and transactional services to public and private sector sponsors of infrastructure projects, primarily P3s and Project Financings. Jim brings with him more than sixteen years of experience in U.S. municipal finance, strategic consulting, and marketing consulting. Jim has broad experience in helping governments meet their financial challenges and fund infrastructure and other projects through traditional and creative structured financing solutions, including infrastructure development, pension and OPEB funding, and managing financial risks. In this capacity, his clients have included transportation authorities, airport authorities, convention centers, general infrastructure and economic development authorities, cities, counties, states and US federal agencies. Prior to joining Deloitte, Jim worked at two leading bulge-bracket investment banks where he served U.S. municipalities as an investment banker and derivatives marketer, giving him both direct banking and capital markets experience.In addition to his ten years in investment banking and financial advisory, Jim spent six years as a strategy and marketing consultant, where he helped companies ranging from Fortune 100 to small internet and other high-tech start-ups address their strategic, organizational, marketing and customer loyalty challenges.Jim has a BA in Economics from Yale University, magna cum laude, and an MBA in Finance and Strategic Management from the Wharton School.

Ben Djiounas is an Executive Director and Head of P3 and Project Finance in the Public Finance Group at J.P. Morgan.� Mr. Djiounas joined J.P. Morgan in 2004 and has worked with transportation and infrastructure clients on innovative financing and advisory assignments across infrastructure asset classes, including social infrastructure, parking,� transit, aviation and toll road projects.� Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, Mr. Djiounas was an M&A specialist in the transportation sector.� Mr. Djiounas graduated from Babson College with honors and is a CFA charter holder.

David Seltzer is a Principal and co-founder of Mercator Advisors, a Philadelphia-based financial advisory firm formed in 2001. Mercator Advisors provides financial consulting services to governmental, corporate and non-profit organizations sponsoring major transportation projects and programs. The firm specializes in large or complex capital investments involving a blend of public and private sector resources and utilizing innovative procurement, financing or management techniques. Mr. Seltzer has over 30 years of experience in the field of public and project finance, working in both the governmental and private sectors. As Senior Advisor to the Federal Highway Administrator during TEA-21 reauthorization, Mr. Seltzer was actively involved in designing and implementing new financial assistance programs such as TIFIA and GARVEE Bonds. Before joining USDOT, Mr. Seltzer spent 20 years in investment banking, assembling public and project financings for transportation and other infrastructure programs, including Lazard Frères and Lehman Brothers. Mr. Seltzer has taught graduate level coursework in municipal finance and accounting at both The Wharton School and the Fels Center of Government at The University of Pennsylvania. He holds a BA in Urban Studies from Trinity College, Hartford and an MBA from The Wharton School.Mr. Seltzer serves on the Executive Committee of the Transportation Research Board. He also is chair of the board of Philadelphia Gas Works, the nations largest municipally-owned gas utility, and sits on several non-profit boards, including the Philadelphia Museum of Art, the Economy League of Greater Philadelphia, and Starfinder Foundation, a soccer-based youth service organization.

Thomas Majewski is responsible for AMP Capitals infrastructure and private debt investing activity in the Americas and is resident in the firms New York Office. Mr. Majewski has over 15 years of experience in alternative investments, having focused primarily on infrastructure and leveraged finance. Mr. Majewski is a member of the AMP Capitals Infrastructure Investment Committee. Prior to joining AMP Capital, Mr. Majewski was Head of Access Capital Advisers Americas division. In this capacity, he was responsible for managing a portfolio of diverse infrastructure assets valued in excess of US$1 billion as well as sourcing new equity and debt investment opportunities in the infrastructure sector. Among other transactions, he led the team which developed a subordinate, unrated Build America Bond structure for a US municipal issuer to fund the expansion of a toll road system, successfully closing this first-of-kind transaction in early 2010. Before joining Access Capital Advisers, Mr Majewski was a Managing Director in the Fixed Income division at Merrill Lynch in New York where he was responsible for originating, structuring and distributing complex leveraged financings. Other prior roles include as a Manager at Arthur Andersen, where he was involved in modelling complex project finance and tax-advantaged infrastructure transactions. Mr. Majewski holds a Bachelors of Science in Accountancy degree from Binghamton University and is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr Majewski previously held the NASD/FINRA Series 24 designation (General Securities Supervisor).

Michael Schroeder is the Chief Investment Officer for Wasmer, Schroeder & Company, Inc. and responsible for overseeing the implementation of investment strategies and portfolio management, research, and trading. Mr. Schroeder has over 33 years of experience in various areas of the investment business including investment banking, institutional sales and trading. From 1979 until 1989, Mr. Schroeder worked for a leading regional brokerage firm specializing in the underwriting of municipal bonds where he was responsible for syndication and trading as well as institutional sales. Prior to joining Wasmer, Schroeder & Company, Inc. in 1991, he was Vice President of the Investment Services Division, USF&G Asset Management; a division of Baltimore, MD based USF&G Corporation (now Travelers). Mr. Schroeder holds a B.S. in Business from the Carlson School, University of Minnesota and is a licensed CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM. He is a member of the CFA Society of Naples, the Estate Planning Council of Naples, the National Federation of Municipal Analysts, the Financial Planning Association and a member emeritus of the Board of Trustees of the Community Foundation of Collier County. Currently, Mr. Schroeder is a member of the Florida Gulf Coast University Department of Economics & Finance Executive Council and the Education Foundation of Collier County Champions for Learning Professional Advisory Board.

Nick Moller is a Vice President in J.P. Morgan�s Public Finance Group based in San Francisco. Nick has extensive experience regarding both tax-exempt and taxable financing assignments, with a strong focus on transportation and infrastructure assets both for public sector and private sector clients. Nick�s sectoral experience includes: toll roads, federal highway/GARVEEs, sales/motor vehicle taxes, water infrastructure and public private partnerships generally. Nick recently jointly lead J.P. Morgan�s role senior managing the financing for the Carlsbad Desalination Project with specific responsibility/oversight for the due diligence and modeling efforts. Nick graduated from the University of Auckland (New Zealand) with a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance (First Class Honors).

Mr. Fanter is a Managing Director in BMO Capital Markets� Public Finance & Infrastructure Banking Group. He brings over 20 years of infrastructure advisory and capital markets experience, with sector expertise in transportation, water / wastewater, and social infrastructure. Mr. Fanter has been associated with six recent transactions that were named �Deal of the Year.�Mr. Fanter is currently advising the Maryland Transit Administration and the Maryland Department of Transportation on the Purple Line P3 Transit Project. Other recent infrastructure experience while at BMO Capital Markets includes: the Midtown Tunnel project bond offering, the Presidio Parkway P3 project financing, advising one of the bidders on the Ohio River Bridges project, and assisting on the Lower Colorado River Authority concession/divestiture transaction.Mr. Fanter brings extensive bond underwriting and advisory experience gained over 15 years in the Infrastructure Project Finance group at Lehman Brothers and Barclays Capital. While at these firms, experience includes the Denver FasTracks Eagle P3 Rail project, the Port of Miami Tunnel Project, the JFK International Arrivals Terminal Expansion, SR-91 Express Lanes, the Central Texas Turnpike project, and the Port of Seattle Fuel project.Additionally, Mr. Fanter has over 11 years of experience working for a multi-national consulting firm specializing in infrastructure project development. Mr. Fanter has a Bachelor of Engineering Degree from The Cooper Union, a Master of Environmental Engineering Degree from Manhattan College, and a MBA from New York University's Stern School of Business. Mr. Fanter is a CFA charter holder and a licensed professional engineer. Mr. Fanter holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.

Kyle Hickok began his career at Edward Jones in 1991 as a financial advisor (broker), opening an office in Durham, N.C. From 1998 until 2006, he ranked among the top 3% of the firms financial advisors. He became a limited partner with the firm in 1995. In 2006, Hickok was named a principal with the firm and established the regional investment banking office with responsibility for public finance in the southeastern United States. His focus includes healthcare, higher education, transportation and municipal financings. Kyle earned a bachelors degree in physics from Kenyon College in Gambier, Ohio, in 1981, and a masters degree in finance from Wright State University, Dayton, Ohio, in 1989. Prior to joining Edward Jones, Kyle was engaged in research and development in the area of diamond films and other advanced carbon-based materials.

Gena L. Evans earned a bachelors degree (1992) and doctorate (2001) in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Dr. Evans was an assistant professor in Georgia Techs School of Civil and Environmental Engineering when Governor Sonny Perdue named her Executive Secretary and Construction Division Director of the Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC) in 2003 and then placed her in charge of all function of the State Property Office in 2006. As State Property Officer, she served as Executive Director of the Georgia Building Authority (GBA), continued her GSFIC responsibilities, and was Executive Director of the State Properties Commission and Chairman of the Georgia Land Conservation Council. She was charged with consolidating the management of all real estate assets owned and leased by the State of Georgia. She also worked closely with public and private sector representative to develop best practices for space utilization and cost-efficient management to effectively oversee the States capital assets. Dr. Evans was also responsible for negotiating multi-year leases and contracts for properties across the state. Previously, she also served as Chief Engineer for the GBA and managed construction across the United States for LaSalle Partners.In October 2007, Dr. Evans was selected by the State Transportation Board as the first woman Commissioner of the Georgia Department of Transportation, overseeing nearly 6,000 employees and a $2.1 billion operating budget. Currently, Dr. Evans serves as the Executive Director of the State Road and Tollway Authority. The executive director oversees supervision of the tolling system for the state of Georgia and is responsible for the financial management of the agency and the development and implementation of the annual budget. The Authority serves as one of the financing arms for state transportation, which includes the newly approved Georgia Transportation Infrastructure Bank. Dr. Evans served on numerous boards including the Sapelo Island Heritage Authority, MARTA Board, State Board of Equalization and the Capital Asset Management Advisory Council.In 2002, as part of its observance of the 50th anniversary of female students being admitted to Georgia Tech, the Alumni Magazine spotlighted her among 50 women as representative of the thousands who had attended since the first two coeds were admitted. She was also recognized by Georgia Trend magazine as one of their Top 40 under 40 for the State of Georgia.
