Christopher Liedel is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for the National Geographic Society, Washington, DC. He is responsible for operations and financial administration of the Society, reporting to the President and Board of Trustees on oversight of more than $1 billion in investments, information services, systems and technology, purchasing, distribution and facilities management, production, and operating infrastructure. Liedel was tapped as chief financial office in 1997, not long after joining the Society in 1996 as vice president for strategic planning. Previously he held increasingly responsible management positions with Ringier America, from 1991 to 1996, ending as senior vice president of operations. Liedel was general manager of America Signature Technologies in Atlanta from 1988 to 1991. He is affiliated with Nobel Prize Education Fund, National Philanthropic Trust, United States Golf Association, Amazon Center for Environmental Educational and Research (ACEER), Foundational Questions in Physics Institute (FQXI) Templeton Foundation, Institute for Gravitation and Cosmos (IGC), NOVICA.com, and National Geographic School Publishing, Inc. Liedel earned a bachelors degree from Bowling Green State University in Ohio, a masters degree in decision science from Georgia State University, and is currently a Wharton Fellow from the University of Pennsylvania.

Amy S. Doppelt is a managing director in Fitch Ratings public finance department and head of its Western Region Tax-Supported group. Her responsibilities include overseeing ratings for general obligation, lease, tax allocation, and other tax-backed debt. Amy also is a member of the departments Criteria and Credit Issues Committee. Prior to joining Fitch in 1989, Amy was vice president at Capital Re Management Corp. Earlier, she was a vice president at L.F. Rothschild & Co. She began her career at Standard & Poors.Amy has been named to the All-Star Municipal Analysts Teams for the last several years. She recently completed two terms as an advisor to the Government Finance Officers Associations Standing Committee on Economic Development and Capital Planning. She was a member of the California Debt and Investment Advisory Commissions Technical Advisory Committee for 14 years. Amy is a member of the California Society of Municipal Analysts and the National Federation of Municipal Analysts. A cum laude graduate of Smith College, Amy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in government and economics. She currently serves on the colleges Presidents Council.

Eric D. Tashman, a public finance partner in the San Francisco office and head of the firms West Coast Public Finance Practice group, joined the firm in 1975. His municipal finance experience includes acting as bond counsel and underwriters counsel to states, cities, counties and special districts throughout the country, and as counsel to banks and other financial institutions on the issuance of credit support instruments for such transactions. Mr. Tashman has special experience in the financing of electric utility, airport, port and other transportation, water and sewer, and resource recovery projects. He has also advised States and municipalities on the privatization of such facilities. Mr. Tashman has been at the forefront of the development of the securitization of municipal or statutorily created assets, including tobacco securitizations and the securitization of stranded costs, hurricane recovery costs, rate stabilization costs and environmental recovery costs for investor-owned utilities. Mr. Tashman has also advised numerous colleges, universities and other non-profit institutions on their financing needs. Mr. Tashman is a frequent lecturer to the municipal bond industry.

Robert M. Specter joined the University of Delaware as Vice President for Finance in February of 2007. In September 2010, he became Chief Business Officer of UD's 1743 Holdings LLC, which owns and is redeveloping a former Chrysler automobile assembly plant site adjacent to the University. Mr. Specter serves as a founding officer of First State Marine Wind LLC, which built and operates a utility-scale wind turbine facility in Lewes, DE. He has served as Vice President for Administration and Finance at the City University of New York's Baruch College and in similar positions at Oregon State University and Montana State University. Mr. Specter earned his bachelor's degree at the University of Rochester, an MS degree at the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology and an MBA at Arizona State University's W. P. Carey School of Business.

Susan Fitzgerald joined Prager & Co., LLC in 2010 where she is a senior member of the Firms financial advisory practice. She works with a diverse group of higher education and not for profit organizations in the areas of capital planning and debt management, strategic planning, financial modeling, operational and debt risk assessments, development of strategic policies and procedures, and rating agency and investor relations.Prior to joining Prager, Susan led Moodys Investors Service Higher Education and Not-for-Profit Ratings Team, where she worked with over 500 colleges and universities during her thirteen year tenure with the firm. She managed corporate and foundation relations for The Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies prior to joining Moodys. Susan is a frequent speaker at industry conferences, such as the National Association of College and University Business Officers and The Treasury Institute. Susan holds a Masters degree in International Studies and Economics from The Johns Hopkins University and an A.B. degree from Occidental College. She is a FINRA registered representative.

Tom Weyl is a vice president and director of municipal research of Eaton Vance Management. He manages a staff of analysts and directs the firms research efforts in the municipal market, while covering many typical municipal credit sectors away from health care. Tom joined Eaton Vance in 1995 as a municipal bond analyst specializing in hospitals, nursing homes and senior living financings. In 1997, he was promoted to director of municipal research. Prior to joining Eaton Vance, Tom worked as a corporate high-yield portfolio manager and a workout analyst for Van Kampen Merritt Investment Advisory Corp. While at Van Kampen, he was responsible for a portfolio of defaulted or problem bond issues, a majority of which were health care issues. In addition, he has held health care finance positions with G.E. Capital, MBIA and Smith Barney, and received commercial bank credit training at Continental Illinois.Tom earned a B.S. in finance and management information systems as well as an M.B.A. from the State University of New York at Albany. He has been active in municipal bond industry activities since 1998, when he co-chaired the National Federation of Municipal Analysts (NFMA) Hospital Bond Disclosure Sub-committee. Since that time, Tom has co-authored or participated in the development of two NFMA Recommended Best Practices in Disclosure, two NFMA White Papers or special projects (Hospital Bond Term Sheet and Security Law White Paper) and several position statements of the NFMA. In addition, he led the NFMAs effort to submit an amicus brief to the U.S. Supreme Court in the Davis vs. Kentucky case. The NFMAs brief was quoted repeatedly in the opinions written by the justices. Tom has also served in an executive capacity in the Boston Municipal Analysts Society and has served as the Chairperson of the NFMA.
