Todd Waletzki joined BenefitMall in March, 2015 as the President of the Payroll Division. Todd brings more than 25 years of finance and payroll related experience to the organization and is responsible for maintaining the excellence of payroll operations for BenefitMall. Todd previously held the role as chief operating officer of CompuPay (now BenefitMall) from 2010 to 2012 , where he was responsible for all payroll operational functions.

Todd received his Bachelor of Science in economics from Bemidji State University, and his Master of Science in Economics from Southern Illinois University. He has previously served as a College Instructor at Webster University and Southern Illinois University. Todd and his family currently resides in Dallas.

Caroline Wetzel is a vice president and private wealth advisor with the Dynasty-affiliated firm Procyon Private Wealth Partners in New York City.

Aaron Fine is a partner and head of Oliver Wyman’s retail and business banking practice in the Americas.

Sadie Banks is assistant general counsel and human resources consultant for Engage PEO.

Ram Vaidyanathan is an IT security and cyber risk analyst at ManageEngine, a division of Zoho Corp. Ram specializes in areas including how the technology industry is adapting to the changing needs of cyber security and privacy concerns, as well as how companies can best maintain risk management and compliance. Ram possesses a strong technical background with a Bachelor in Engineering and experience in both IT and security, as well as an MBA from York University.

David R. Jarczyk is a Principal in KPMG LLP’s Tax Innovation group and the firm’s Tax Blockchain Leader. Previously, he was a founder and CEO of a successful intellectual property technology company for 10 years, and was founder and head of client services for an economics and valuation firm for the prior 5 years. Jarczyk’s specialty has been bridging the gap between technology/big data and business cases/user needs. In his roles, David has served multinational corporations, global consulting companies, global law firms, and various government sectors. He is experienced in determining market needs, translating those needs into technological requirements, creating unique data and analytics offerings, and developing go-to-market strategies. Throughout his career, David has been an advocate for small businesses, providing coaching, lectures, and advisory services to entrepreneurs in need. Additionally, David has extensively lectured and published in the areas of economics, finance, law, and intellectual property.
