Ryan Rugg is spearheading North American business development in asset management and insurance for R3. She works closely with R3’s network of members and partners, helping drive global commercialization and integration of R3’s Corda platform. In 2017, she launched the Center of Excellence for Insurers and Reinsurers at R3 which is redefining the foundations of insurance by harnessing the power of collaborative networks through the deployment of blockchain technology. Prior to R3 Ryan worked for Morgan Stanley and JPMorgan where she gained extensive experience in financial services covering a broad range of institutions including; insurance, hedge funds, banks and asset managers.

Jocelyn Sivalingam, M.D., F.A.C.P., is a medical director with West’s Health Advocate Solutions, a company that provides health and well-being solutions for more than 12,500 organizations using clinical guidelines to inform preventive screening recommendations as well as ongoing disease management. Dr. Sivalingam is board-certified in Infectious Diseases and leads the clinical guidelines working group at Health Advocate. She also serves as a key leader of clinical operations for the chronic care solutions program and provides clinical expertise across a number of areas at Health Advocate.

Ines Polonius is CEO of Communities Unlimited Inc., a CDFI and not-for-profit organization driving community economic development through the building of entrepreneurial ecosystems, direct assistance and capital to micro-enterprises, small businesses and infrastructure improvements in persistently poor rural places across Arkansas, Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and Tennessee. In 1998, Polonius founded alt.Consulting and became its executive director in 2003.alt.Consulting was dedicated to starting, growing, transitioning and turning around micro-enterprises and small businesses in the Arkansas Delta until a successful merger with Community Resource Group in 2014 formed Communities Unlimited Inc.
