Ann Grodnik has been a member of the Energy and Natural Resources Group at Seattle-Northwest Securities (SNW) since 2006. She provides financial analysis, credit analysis and investment banking services to SNW's energy and utility clients, including Seattle City Light, King County, Warm Springs Power & Water Enterprise, Southeast Alaska Power Agency, and the Washington State Housing Finance .Commission. Ms. Grodnik specializes in energy efficiency and renewable energy financing programs, and is currently working with several Northwest cities and utilities on their Qualified Energy Conservation Bond and Clean Renewable Energy Bond strategies. Prior to joining SNW, Ms. Grodnik gained experience with Evolution Markets and GE Capital's Energy Financial Services, where she concentrated on environmental finance. She has also worked in corporate environmental strategy consulting at The Natural Step. Ms. Grodnik holds a B.A. degree from the University of Vermont and an M.B.A. with an emphasis on finance and an M.S. in environmental science from Yale University. She was a Peace Corps Volunteer in Guinea, West Africa, and is a trustee for the Northwest Fund for the Environment and a member of the EPA's Environmental Financial Advisory Board.

Tuan Pham is a partner in the firm’s Business Law Department and a member of the Real Estate, REITs & Real Estate Capital Markets Group. He is an industry-recognized project finance specialist in the public finance arena with particular expertise in the area of financing real estate, energy and public infrastructure developments using tax-exempt bonds and tax credits. Mr. Pham currently serves as the hiring partner for the San Francisco office.

John Byrne is Director of the Center for Energy and Environmental Policy (CEEP) and Distinguished Professor of Energy and Climate Policy at the University of Delaware. He has contributed to Working Group III of the United Nations-sponsored Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) since 1992 and shares the 2007 Nobel Peace Prize. He presently co-chairs the Sustainable Energy Utility Oversight Board, created by the Delaware General Assembly, and is the architect of this innovative concept for the promotion of energy savings and distributed renewable energy generation. In 2009, he received the American Institute of Architects Delaware Sustainability Award.

David oversees the identification, origination and development of Pattern's solar, transmission and fossil energy projects. Before participating in the formation of Pattern, he led conventional power and transmission development for Babcock & Brown's North American Infrastructure Group.  With over 20 years of infrastructure development experience, he has led a number of strategic energy and environmental business initiatives, including managing one of the most successful gas-fired power project development teams on the West Coast, producing over 2,000MW. In addition, David oversaw the conceptualization, development and commencement of construction of one of the first independently developed and owned regulated transmission lines in the United States. He is a leader in developing new methods of energy project contracting. He was one of the founding members of the Board of Governors of the California Independent System Operator Company. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University and an MBA in Finance from the University of California at Berkeley. He and his wife are avid photographers.

Camilla J. Lindsey is a Vice President, Business Sector Leader and Relationship Manager for Wells Fargo Bank. Joining the Corporate Trust industry in 1995, Cam has an extensive background in relationship management.  She joined Wells Fargo Bank in December 2007, bringing her experience in a variety of corporate trust transactions, including numerous military housing financings. Cam graduated from West Texas State University with a Bachelor of Science degree and obtained her Juris Doctorate from the University of Tulsa School of Law.  She is a Certified Corporate Trust Specialist and graduate of the Cannon Trust School.

Mikiyon Alexander, director, is the business sector leader for the U.S. Public Finance Ratings group, focusing on multifamily housing including privatized real estate, tax-exempt housing, and government-sponsored-entity programs. Mikiyon is responsible for criteria development, providing credit analysis for new municipal tax-exempt state and local government transactions and federal lease issues, and chairing credit committees. Mikiyon manages a team of credit professionals who provide ratings and credit analysis on letters of credit and tax-exempt housing. He also has experience with international military housing deals. Prior to joining the credit rating industry, Mikiyon was experienced and proficient in developing financial models for non-profit organizations. He has provided financial viability analysis to non-profit organizations in New York City who were interested in developing affordable housing as well as for organizations interested in embarking in public/private ventures. Mikiyon earned a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from Kentucky State University and a Masters of Urban Policy Analysis from The New School University. He holds a Certificate in Finance from The New School University’s Robert J. Milano Graduate School of Management and Urban Policy. Mikiyon is a member of the Municipal Analyst Group of New York, the National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials, and the National Council of State Housing Agencies. In 2011 Mikiyon was featured in The Network Journal as one of the “40 Under-Forty Black Achievers.”

Frank Monfalcone is Director in the Private Placement Group at MetLife. Sectors covered include Pulp and Paper, Chemicals, Business Services and Government related transactions which include Military Housing and GSA Credit Tenant Leases. He currently manages over $2.0 billion in Military Housing assets.Frank also has experience in the Work-Out Unit at MetLife. Prior to joining MetLife in 1996, Frank worked as a Relationship Manager at Scotiabank in NYC. He has an MBA in Finance from New York University and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Drexel University.

Alan D. King is the Director, Energy Partnerships in the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Installation and Environment. In this role Mr King has oversight of all renewable and alternative energy projects that are executed under a Public Private Partnership. He guides the Army’s approach to energy projects and partnerships without negatively impacting core training and readiness missions of the installation. Mr King started working this position 1 March 2010. Mr. King has 27 years of experience as a governmental service employee with intimate knowledge of Department of Defense, installation hierarchy, installation management and strategic planning processes. Mr King has served on the Army Staff as a Program Manager in the Office of the Assistant Chief of Staff for Installation Management where he was one of the co-founders of the Enhanced Use Lease program. Mr King interfaces with congressional staffers on the benefits of private sector development on federal properties.
