Lynn Hume has been Washington Bureau Chief for The Bond Buyer, the authority on the $3.7 trillion muni bond market, since 2007. Before that she was Regulatory Affairs Editor and a reporter for the paper, covering tax, securities and derivatives market practices, regulation, legislation and enforcement. For three years before joining The Bond Buyer, she was a staff investigator for the House Government Operations Committee�s subcommittee on energy and the environment, and dealt with such issues as U.S. oil emergency preparedness, the ban on Libyan oil products, regulation of mixed chemical and nuclear waste at federal defense facilities and federal oversight of nuclear fuels plants. Lynn was a reporter for McGraw-Hill Publications for eight years prior to moving to Capitol Hill, covering energy, environmental and other issues for several of its newsletters, magazines and Business Week.

Mr. Hartman joined RBC Capital Markets in May, 2009 as a Managing Director in the firms Dallas office. Prior to joining RBC, he worked in the Dallas public finance offices of Citigroup for 4 years and First Southwest Company for 8.5 years. In aggregate, Mr. Hartman has over 16 years experience in public finance. Working primarily in the Southwest region, Mr. Hartman has broad experience with many types of issuers throughout Texas, Oklahoma and New Mexico. He has significant transportation experience, currently serving as financial advisor to the North Texas Tollway Authority (NTTA) and the Texas Department of Transportation (TXDOT), two of the largest debt issuers in the State. Mr. Hartman also has extensive experience with a broad cross section of issuers in the Southwest having served as underwriter or financial advisor to the University of Texas at Austin, the City of Dallas, Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport, the City of Austin and the New Mexico Finance Authority. With respect to financial products, he has extensive experience with variable rate products, derivative and hedging products as well as traditional fixed rate debt. Recently, Mr. Hartman has served as financial advisor for two of the largest Build America Bonds (BABs) transactions of the year with a combined par amount over $2 billion. Mr. Hartman graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and an MBA in Finance. He holds Series 7 and Series 63 NASD licenses.

J. J. (Jeff) Keever has served in the Port of Hampton Roads since 1977 when he joined the staff of the Hampton Roads Maritime Association and Hampton Roads Shipping Association. In 1992 he was named Executive Vice President of the Hampton Roads Maritime Association and Hampton Roads Shipping Association. In November 2004, Mr. Keever joined the Virginia Port Authority as Deputy Executive Director and currently serves as the Senior Deputy Executive Director, External Affairs. In this new capacity, he works directly with Executive Director Jerry A. Bridges to oversee all Government and External Affairs.Mr. Keever serves as Chairman of the Maritime Institutes Executive Advisory Council at Old Dominion University and has recently been appointed to serve on the Surface Transportation Boards Railroad Shipper Transportation Advisory Council. He also serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Virginians for Better Transportation and the Virginia District Export Council.Mr. Keever was honored at the 2001 annual dinner of the Hampton Roads Maritime Association when he was named as the recipient of the prestigious Distinguished Service Award. He was also privileged to receive the Society of Maritime Industries Distinguished Service Award in February 2004.He received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Richmond in 1976 and has two children, a daughter and a son who attend Norfolk Academy.
