Jeff Buck is CEO and co-founder of QuantiSense, a provider of business intelligence and data warehousing solutions specifically for retailers. Prior to starting QuantiSense, Buck founded dotVantage, a company focused on creating analytical applications that enabled e-commerce companies and other technology providers to understand customer behavior on the Web. Buck's background also includes extensive experience in building business intelligence applications for retail companies such as American Stores, Disney and J. Crew.

Shrinivas Mandhana is business intelligence and performance practice manager for TCS for North America. He has advised, executed and led many large strategic initiatives in the areas of business intelligence and performance management for TCS. He has been instrumental in advising and providing strategic direction for large end-to-end execution of BI programs in several Fortune 1000 companies.

Keith Hamilton, CISSP, CPHIT, is a senior consultant with Concordant Inc., a provider of professional IT services for physician organizations, hospital systems and payer entities based in North Chelmsford, Massachusetts. Peter Long is a CTO and founder of myDIALS , a SaaS-based operational performance management software. Most recently, he was the founder and managing director of OpX Solutions, an Australian-based professional services company focused on process improvement. Long previously served as general manager for a new software business unit with Citect Corporation and has more than 23 years experience in helping companies across multiple vertical industries improve operational performance.
