Nick Semple is a managing consultant in PA Consulting Group’s IT consulting practice with experience in business and IT strategy development, enterprise information architecture, business process design, knowledge management, Web and workflow systems and infrastructure design.

Ramesh Ramakrishnan is a division director at Citizant, where he oversees the development and delivery of customer solutions for the departments of housing and urban development (HUD) and transportation (DOT) and other government agencies.

Medhat Galal is a principal consultant with Appian and a member of Appian’s BPM Center of Excellence. He has architected and managed numerous successful enterprise process solution deployments, ranging from data manipulation processes to purely human-to-human collaborative work processes.

Peter Long is a CTO and founder of myDIALS , a SaaS-based operational performance management software. Most recently, he was the founder and managing director of OpX Solutions, an Australian-based professional services company focused on process improvement. Long previously served as general manager for a new software business unit with Citect Corporation and has more than 23 years experience in helping companies across multiple vertical industries improve operational performance.

Duane Baker is the chief operating officer of the technology solutions group of the Management Council - Ohio Education Computer Network.

Chief Marc Fields began his career with the Erlanger Kentucky Police Department in 1986 as a patrol officer. He was promoted to assistant police chief in 2000 and appointed chief of police in 2002. Fields served in the United States Marine Corps Reserves from 1978 to1984 and is a 1994 graduate of the 177th session of the FBI National Academy.

Steve Castor began his career as a dispatcher in Boone County, Kentucky in 1988. He joined the Erlanger Police Department as a patrol officer in 1994. After assignments in K-9 and investigations, Castor began as PSCC Manager in 2007. Castor recently completed the design and implementation of a mobile data system and the merger of 19 emergency agencies to the dispatch system.
