Greg Todd is Accenture Analytics, Executive Director - Technology. Todd has been a technical architect for over 17 years, with an increasing focus on the reporting and analysis of information, both structured and unstructured. Through leading many enterprise resource planning implementations, he has seen how critical the management of information is to the bottom line of any corporate strategy.

Amber Swope is a principal consultant at JustSystems where she applies her information architecture and DITA experience to help clients address their conten- related business challenges. Swope is an experienced information architect with almost 20 years in the information development field. At IBM she led the first HTML to DITA migration project for the Rational division and implemented DITA in a production environment. She is also a member of the Oasis DITA Technical Committee and is participating on the multiple subcommittees. Amber has authored numerous papers and articles on information design, development, and architecture and has presented at many leading industry conferences.

Mark Tirschwell is CTO for Wall Street Systems. He has been with Wall Street Systems since 1988 and was the original developer of the Wallstreet FX product. Tirshwell has over 24 years of industry experience.

Dr. O’Connell is chief technology officer for Vignette Corporation. He holds several patents for innovation in content management and delivery.

Mark Smith is executive vice president of sales and marketing at Portrait Software. He has written numerous papers on the impact of new technology to consumer marketing operations, and speaks regularly at industry and technology conferences.

Sundar Rama is president of Level 3 Systems. Rama has more than 17 years of experience in data management and architecture.

Dan Galorath is a recognized expert in project estimation technology. He authored Software Sizing, Estimation and Risk Management, Auerbach Publishing, 2006. He founded Galorath Incorporated over 20 years ago to address this specific industry issue. Galorath has lectured internationally on a wide range of project management topics, including software cost, schedule and risk analysis, software management and software engineering.
