Eric Fisch is the Information Security Officer at Texas Capital Bank.� He is responsible for the continuous assessment, design, and execution of the Information Security, Information Privacy, IT Risk and Business Continuity programs.� Prior to working for Texas Capital bank, Eric was a Senior Manager in KPMG’s Information Risk Management group, assisting his clients with information security, IT audit, and risk identification and remediation.� Eric obtained his B.S. in computer science from the University of Texas at Austin and his Ph.D. in computer science from Texas A&M University.� He has co-authored two books on information security and spoken at multiple information security conferences and events.� Eric currently holds his Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), and Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) certifications.

Mark Mitchell joined TD Bank in 2007.� As Head of Small Business Distribution Strategy and Distribution, Mark designs and drives strategies and process improvements for Small Business sales and lending products across the organization. Prior to his role as Head of Small Business Distribution Strategy, Mark was the Small Business National Sales Manager for TD Bank.Over a 30 year banking career, Mark has held a variety of senior management roles in retail and commercial banking at Money Center and Regional Banks in New York City and Connecticut, starting as a management trainee at The Bank of New York. He also served as the COO of a New York City cookie company for 2 years and is a published novelist.

Steven Martin is Vice President, Strategy at Sageworks, a financial information company that provides life-of-loan portfolio and risk management solutions to financial institutions. Before joining Sageworks, Steven led corporate strategy for the tech and life sciences bank, Square 1 Bank, and led strategy and integration for U.S. retail banking operations of Royal Bank of Canada. Steven came to banking after a career of management consulting, where he specialized in risk management and large scale projects with large banks in North America, Asia and Australia. Steven earned an MBA from Stanford and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Saint Olaf College.

Jimmy Lovelace Community First Credit Union’s VP of branches. He is responsible for all operations of the credit union’s growing branch network that now includes 18 locations. Most recently he served as the credit union’s banking sales performance manager. He is also part of the credit union’s Branch Transformation Project team creating the enhanced member experience at its new and renovated locations. Lovelace has more than 12 years of experience in banking and joined the credit union in 2014 after holding several positions with Bank of America in North Florida. He earned a bachelor of arts degree at the University of Central Florida.
