Craig Saperstein�is a�counsel in Pillsbury's Public Policy practice and resides in the law firm's Washington, DC office. He lobbies on behalf of corporate, nonprofit, foreign sovereign, and public sector clients in Congress, the Executive Branch, and state and local governments. He also assists such clients in developing and implementing sophisticated government relations programs at the federal and state levels that are geared to provide a demonstrable return on investment. He represents clients on a variety of policy issues, including financial services, cybersecurity, international trade, veterans, energy, economic development, transportation, and health care matters. Further, he provides legal and lobbying counsel to clients subjected to congressional investigations and helps clients identify and address potential vulnerabilities to such investigations.Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Saperstein worked as policy advisor for the campaign of U.S. Sen. Kay Hagan (D-N.C.), and as government affairs manager for the Natural Products Association. He also spent several years as a legislative aide in the office of former U.S. Sen. John Edwards (D-N.C.), where he worked on judiciary, homeland security, and transportation issues.In the financial services sector, Mr. Saperstein provides legal and advocacy advice to clients in the payments and cards markets, with a particular focus on regulation and supervision of bank and non-bank financial institutions by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. He also represents several foreign sovereign clients with respect to their U.S. policy priorities and several public sector clients, including his hometown, the City of Greensboro, NC.Beyond representing clients in Washington, Mr. Saperstein has helped trade associations and corporations develop a strategic plan to address complex state government relations issues. Leveraging the Pillsbury Public Policy team’s extensive network of lawyers and lobbyists across the country, Mr. Saperstein often identifies and then manages legal counsel and/or lobbying consultants chosen to assist a client with a state government relations challenge or opportunity.While in law school Mr. Saperstein served as Publications Editor for the American University International Law Review and was a research associate for the Public International Law and Policy Group. Mr. Saperstein is currently a member of the Board of Governors of the North Carolina Society of Washington. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the American University Hillel and is an active member of the Duke University Young Alumni Development Committee of Washington, DC.

Marvin Weiss, Ph.D., is a retired professor of accounting at the New York Institute of Technology, and founding dean of their School of Management. He has also served as adjunct associate professor of economics at Columbia University and adjunct professor of accounting at the Graduate School of Business at Fordham University. He holds a Ph.D. in business from the Graduate Business School at New York University. His articles on HRA have appeared in several journals and in “Topics in Managerial Accounting, 2^ndEd.”

Eric Dinallo is a former superintendent of insurance for New York State and currently a partner in the financial institutions group for Debevoise & Plimpton. From 1999 to 2003, he worked in the state's Office of the Attorney General under Eliot Spitzer.

Gregory D. Squires is a research professor and professor emeritus in the sociology department at George Washington University. He is also a member of the Philadelphia Home Appraisal Bias Task Force.
