Neff Hudson serves as assistant vice president for emerging channels. He sets the strategic direction for USAA's capabilities on the mobile, tablet, video and social media channels and also serves as the enterprise payments executive. Neff has been at USAA for 11 years and has an extensive track record in leading successful innovation efforts and large-scale development projects. He was the first-ever channel manager for usaa.com, which was recognized as the top financial services site by Forrester Research during his tenure. His other accomplishments at USAA include the initial launch of several online and mobile tools to make it easier for members to manage their finances and acquire USAA products. He most recently served as the assistant vice president of the Member Experience Management Team. In previous assignments, he was the executive director of the Insurance Experience Team and founded the Design Center of Excellence, the CRM Design & Usability Team and the Design Management Unit. Prior to joining USAA, Neff worked for 12 years in the journalism industry. He was the general manager of militarycity.com, which ranked as the largest military news portal on the Internet. He also served as the Chief Pentagon Correspondent for Army Times Publishing Co. He holds a bachelor's degree in journalism from the University of Maryland.

Jeffrey Feinstein is Senior Director, Analytic Strategy, for LexisNexis� Risk Solutions.� In this role, he is responsible for developing the LexisNexis� RiskView™ credit risk score.� Additionally, he also leads innovation efforts to bring new analytic solutions and content to the market.� He joined LexisNexis is 2010.Before joining LexisNexis, Feinstein spent 14 years at FICO, where he focused on credit data and scoring.� He was a lead developer for FICO Score and other credit bureau-based scores, and he also led the research team that brought the alternative data-driven FICO Expansion Score to market.� He has received three U.S. Patents for his innovations in credit modeling.Feinstein earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from State University NY, Buffalo and a Ph.D. in Experimental Psychology and Applied Statistics from Ohio.

Mr. Brandicourt serves as Senior Vice President and Managing Director, Strategic Planning Group.� In addition Mr. Brandicourt leads the Fifth Third Enterprise Innovation Programs.� He joined Fifth Third Bank in 2006 and has overseen third party sourcing and strategic partnership relationships with multiple business and service functions within the bank.� He and his team were responsible for delivering value in four dimensions: cost reduction, process improvement, revenue opportunities, and risk mitigation practices.� In addition Mr. Brandicourt led the strategic sourcing offshore development group establishing overseas operational centers for multiple IT and back office functions.Prior to joining Fifth Third Bank, Mr. Brandicourt was the Global eBusiness Leader for Kennametal, a leading global supplier of tooling, engineered components and advanced materials that are consumed in production processes.� He also previously led IT, engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, strategic planning and procurement teams at Emerson Electric and General Motors.
