Jacqueline Vose, Senior Vice President, Customer Experience for Greenwich Associates, is responsible for developing the strategic direction for the Customer Experience business through product development and client engagement. Formerly, Jackie was Head of U.S. Customer Experience at TD Bank where she led the 25,000 U.S. employees to record-high loyalty metrics in both frontline and support teams. Jackie also managed the problem resolution division and oversaw corporate culture.Prior to TD Bank, Jackie oversaw the retail operations for a top 50 bank including 200 branches, multiple contact centers, mobile and online banking. There she facilitated 11 mergers and acquisitions, developing an understanding of the critical focus an organization needs on change management.Jacqueline holds a BA from the University of North Carolina.

Darin Johnson is the Commercial Credit Loan Administration Director. He is a native of Indiana and joined First Tennessee Bank in 2010.� Darin relocated to Memphis in August 2014 to assume his current role.� Darin has also held senior positions at BBVA Compass Bank and Key Bank.� He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Central State University in Accounting.Darin along with his wife LaTarshia and daughters �Kaitlyn and Mila are active supporters of the March of Dimes and other charitable organizations.
