David Noble joined Rivermark Community Credit Union in 2007 as Vice President of Marketing and serves as a member of the Senior Team. David holds a bachelor’s of science degree in Marketing from LeTourneau University and is a Credit Union Strategic Marketing graduate.� He is responsible for aligning marketing and business planning with Rivermark's strategic plan and oversees enterprise level discussions and decisions involving marketing, advertising, community relations, social media, product development, mobile banking experiences, branding and market research.� He also serves on the District Advisory Board for the North Clackamas Parks and Recreation District and is a licensed commercial and instrument rated pilot.
