McNamara is a senior enrollment strategist at Standard Insurance Company (The Standard), and has worked in the voluntary benefits industry for more than 15 years. In his current role, McNamara is responsible for developing and implementing enrollment capabilities and solutions. In addition, he designs and develops enrollment event strategies that target the unique needs of employers. He also actively monitors and identifies market trends (both products and services) to drive new business opportunities. McNamara is a key advocate for The Standard’s broker and technology partners to align business road maps for future capabilities.

Paul B. W. Miller, Ph.D., CPA (ret.), is emeritus professor of accounting at the University of Colorado - Colorado Springs. The author of more than 15 books on accounting, including "The FASB: the People, the Process, and the Politics," he collaborated with Ed Ketz and Paul Bahnson in writing more than 400 "Spirit of Accounting" columns for Accounting Today.

Craig W. Smalley, MST, EA, has been admitted to practice before the Internal Revenue Service. He has a Masters in Taxation from UCLA, and is the founder and CEO of CWSEAPA, LLP, and Tax Crisis Center, LLC, with locations in Florida, Delaware, and Nevada. He has been in practice for 22 years.

U.S. Air Force veteran Scott Dishman owns a small tax office in Florida.
