He also provides merger and acquisition transaction support to both public and private companies, advising on potential risks and liabilities related to employee benefits, as well as reviews employee benefit plans for compliance with Employee Retirement Income Security Act requirements. Additionally, he advises clients on the implementation of Affordable Care Act requirements.
