Matt spent the beginning 7 years of his career on Wall street. He worked at Lehman Brothers, CRT Capital and Deutsche Bank in fixed income, sales and trading. He held the title of Vice President at Deutsche Bank before leaving traditional finance behind in 2011. In early 2012, Matt started working on what would later become Datacoup. Datacoup is a personal data marketplace that provides the tools and means for individuals to aggregate and sell their own valuable data, directly to businesses, in exchange for value or compensation. Matt is currently the CEO at Datacoup.He is also the Founding organizer of PDNYC, which is a NYC-based personal data meetup that boasts nearly 900 members.�

Ramesh is the global leader for Financial Services at IBM Research. He took on this role in January 2016 following an exceptional tenure as the Director of IBM Research - India, where he was responsible for strategy and execution of the lab's research agenda, working in close alignment with IBM business units. He led a team developing breakthrough technologies underlying innovation in services, software and systems, with a special focus on service delivery innovations and solutions for emerging markets. Previously, Ramesh was the Director of Cloud Services at IBM T. J. Watson Research Center in New York. He has been with IBM Research since 1994 and over the years led the delivery of differentiated value to IBM products and services in a broad range of areas: speech technologies, collaboration, mobile technologies and most recently cloud. Ramesh graduated from Rice University (Ph.D. 1993, MS 1990) and the Indian Institute of Technology, Chennai (B.Tech 1987).�

Elizabeth works as Global Business Development Head for Coinsecure, the lead Indian Bitcoin exchange. She also serves on the Bitcoin Foundation Board of Directors and on the Board of Code to Inspire, the first Girls’ Coding School on Afghanistan. She previously handled non profit and political outreach at BitPay. Elizabeth also served as Director of Operations and Outreach for Bitcoin Magazine, the first international print publication dedicated to all things Bitcoin. Having previously served as the Scheduler and Policy Assistant for a US Member of Congress, she has a background in public policy, grassroots activism, and a keen desire to promote decentralization and individual liberties.
