He noticed that credit card companies were stumbling over each other to bring ever-increasing rewards to their credit cardholders, but nothing for their prepaid customers.Prior to Cascade, Spencer’s primary focus was building Evolutionate, a mobile app development and marketing company, which he took from a startup to over $5,000,000 in sales in under two years.
