    Ulrike (Rike) Harrison joined the Firm in January of 2008 as the Chief Growth Officer. In this capacity Harrison is part of the senior leadership team and is responsible for ‘top line revenue’, and the Sales and Marketing teams report to Harrison.Harrison was raised in Germany, where she received an MS in mathematics and came to the US to complete her education completing an MBA. Since starting her career, Harrison has held a multitude of positions from software consultant and service delivery VP to business development VP and general manager of business service divisions. Throughout her career, Harrison learned that change is imminent, often required to survive; and positioning businesses for success requires continuous improvement, relevant strategies, strong leadership and successful change management to propel execution. It is this expertise in change management that brought Rike into the world of CPAs, when she joined a billion dollar firm to introduce sales operations and methodologies, and where she was instrumental in the integration of sales and marketing into the firm’s structure. A significant professional success, according to Rike, was to be a driver of cultural change among the partners in the firm.Outside of her job, Rike enjoys the arts, reading, and music, her garden in the summer and cooking in the winter. She is currently working on her PhD focusing on strategy driven change management. However, and without hesitation, most important in Rike’s life are her three sons – two of whom live in Minnesota and one in Berlin, Germany

    Pat Huddleston joined the Enforcement Division of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in 1990 as an Enforcement Attorney. Less than two years later, he accepted a promotion to Enforcement Branch Chief, leading a team of Enforcement Attorneys in nationwide investigations of cases involving suspected insider trading, brokerage firm misconduct, and scams of every stripe. Since returning to private law practice he has represented investors in securities litigation and arbitration. He currently serves as court-appointed receiver in SEC fraud cases, cleaning up the mess left in the wake of the collapse of those scams and working to recover assets for defrauded investors.In 2006, Huddleston founded Investor’s Watchdog, LLC, a due diligence company that conducts pre-investment investigations on brokers, RIAs, and unregistered investments. Investor’s Watchdog has conducted investigations for clients all over the world and helped save millions in retirement savings that otherwise would have been lost to cleverly disguised frauds.Huddleston has appeared as an expert guest on television, most recently on Fox Business News and on Chicago’s Monsters and Money. He has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, the New York Times, the Washington Post, Kiplinger’s Personal Finance, and Wired magazine, among other publications. He blogs on investment scams and investor protection issues every weekday at investorswatchdog.com. His first book, The Vigilant Investor, will be available in October, 2011 by AMACOM Books.

    Robert is the Chief Executive Officer and founder of The Federal Contractor Services Network. He holds a CPA certificate in both Maryland and West Virginia, and also holds a Masters Degree in Taxation from George Mason University. He has over 15 years of public accounting experience, and also has served as Chief Financial Officer for a Department of Defense government contractor and for a local Board of Education. The Federal Contractor Services Network has offered software, training and support since 2003. FCSN developed ICAT, the Indirect Cost Allocation Tool for Quickbooks. ICAT provides the functionality for computing indirect rates and allocating indirect costs to contracts. This critical requirement for determining the government’s obligation for reimbursing costs to the contractor enables government contractors using QuickBooks to successfully pass the DCAA accounting system review. Passing the DCAA accounting system review is a critical step towards qualifying for valuable Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee type contracts.

    James C. Metzler, CPA, is Vice President, Small Firm Interests for the AICPA. In that role, he leads AICPA initiatives aimed at serving the needs of practitioners, including the activities of the Private Companies Practice Section as well as the Institute's specialized communities and accreditations. He also serves as an advocate for small firms on standard-setting, legislative matters, practice issues and as liaison between the AICPA and its member firms. Jim reports directly to Barry Melancon and works with him on a multitude of professional issues.Jim's efforts on behalf of small firms and his activities prior to the AICPA have gained him recognition throughout the profession. He has frequently been named as one of the "The Top 100 Most Influential People in Accounting," a national listing compiled annually by the editors of Accounting Today. In 2005 through 2010 those chosen for the list were asked to compile their own "most influential" list and Jim was one of nine luminaries in the profession selected for this distinction. Jim received the U.S. Small Business Administration's New York District Office 2007 Financial Services Champion of the Year Award. He was cited for his significant contributions in helping small businesses obtain the accounting services they need to succeed.Jim has spent more than 37 years working with small firms. Prior to joining the AICPA, he was a co-founder of ConvergenceCoaching, LLC, a national consulting firm dedicated to helping CPA prosper by assisting them to develop and implement success plans.Jim spent 32 years in public accounting, 24 of them as a partner with Gaines Metzler Kriner & Company, LLP, a local firm in Buffalo, New York. He was also founder GEMKO Information Group, Inc., a successful technology consulting organization.He is the author of How to Build a Million Dollar Technology Consulting Practice and of numerous articles on practice management issues. He is a frequent lecturer for the AICPA, State Societies and global CPA professional associations.

    Deborah D. Lambert, CPA is the Managing Partner of Johnson Lambert & Co. LLP. Lambert has held numerous leadership roles in the accounting profession and has been actively involved in professional activities for her entire career. She is the Immediate Past-Chair of the North Carolina Association of CPAs and currently serves as a member of AICPA Council. She previously served a three-year term on the Board of Directors of the AICPA. Lambert was Chair of the Auditing Standards Board of the AICPA and has served on numerous AICPA Committees. She Chaired the COSO Small Business Control Guidance Advisory Group Task Force and also served a as a member of the SEC Advisory Committee on Smaller Public Companies.In 1986, Lambert, along with Larry Johnson, founded Johnson Lambert in Washington, DC. Lambert has served as the firm’s Managing Partner since 2006. Johnson Lambert has grown from 2 partners and one employee in 1986 to almost 150 personnel, including 13 partners. The firm has offices in 8 states: Florida, Georgia, Illinois, New Jersey, North Carolina, South Carolina, Vermont and Virginia. Prior to webKPI, Steve was the CFO for divisions of American Broadcasting Corporation (Television and Publishing); CFO at News Corporation’s Harper Collin San Francisco and GM for GST Telecommunications . In addition, he raised over $20 million in venture funding for several startups, plus co-founded SentryTrack Systems to provide municipal infrastructure monitoring.Steve launched the largest QuickBooks Business Coach network in the country and has been a speaker at UC Berkeley and the Sleeter Conference. Steve holds a Master of Business Administration from Golden Gate University, a BS in Accounting from Villanova University and is a CPA in New York.
