W. Michael Hsu is passionate about helping entrepreneurs be great. He believes that entrepreneurs should focus on taking over the world and not building an accounting department. Wendy Nemitz founded Ingenuity Marketing Group in 1992 and is known for her:Strategic Vision. Nemitz has a way of seeing how the patterns of people and systems work and bringing people together to make change happen. Through careful questions, she is able to uncover the challenges and opportunities that people almost always know but may not be able to articulate as a coherent issue. Expect nothing to be dull and everyday; Nemitz is always bringing fresh ideas and concepts to the table.A graduate of the College of St. Catherine with a Bachelors of Science in Communications, Nemitz is also a graduate of Augsburg College with a Masters Degree in Leadership. Nemitz is currently serving as a board member for the West Side Safe and for the Society for Marketing Professional Services. She has worked with professional service organizations since 1987 when she wandered into an accounting firm and started editing their newsletters.

Glen Keenan is the President of XCM Solutions, the leading provider of workflow management solutions to the profession, and its sister company Xpitax, LLC, a pioneer in tax and accounting outsourcing services. Glen has long served as a proponent of the digital accounting practice, both in his work with XCM and Xpitax, as well as in his tenure at the Boston Office of Deloitte & Touche, where he specialized in the paperless workpaper environment, internal controls and risk assessment prior to joining XCM. Glen is a regular presenter and contributor for professional events and journals on topics related to building a more efficient, digital practice. He was named to The CPA Technology Advisor’s “40 Under 40” list of influencers in the accounting profession in 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010.

Chris Gryskiewicz has been with Templeton & Company since 1991, serving a wide range of clients with a variety of services. In addition to his audit and accounting experience, Chris also oversees the firm’s technology consulting group.Chris’ leadership role with Templeton & Company aligns his skills and expertise to meet the growing needs of the firm’s clients. Prior to joining Templeton & Company, Chris spent several years with a Big 4 audit firm.

Ric Payne is the co-founder and CEO of Principa, a company headquartered in Reno, NV with offices also in London and Sydney.Principa is dedicated to helping Accountants and Business Advisors enhance the performance of their practice and their clients’ businesses through the use of a robust suite of tools, methodologies, coaching and support processes.Ric co-founded Results Accountants’ Systems in 1992 which conducted the well-known Accountants’ Bootcamp around the world. Prior to that he was a partner in a mid-sized public practice and a Senior Lecturer in the School of Business at Southern Cross University, Australia.

Glenn Block is a CPA and the senior managing partner in the accounting firm of Block & Aldinger CPA’s and has been employed by the firm since 1982. Prior to practicing in Pennsylvania, Mr. Block worked with a CPA firm in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area for two years.In his current capacity as senior managing partner, Mr. Block is specialized in the area of business valuations and also provides services to the firm’s clients in the area of lost profits damages calculations, wrongful employee termination cases, marital dissolution proceedings, bankruptcies, gift and estate tax planning, due diligence engagements and other forensic and litigation support services. Mr. Block is also specialized in the area of Pennsylvania family law as it pertains to child and spousal support calculations as well as equitable distribution. Mr. Block has prepared numerous business valuations, has testified in court as an expert witness on many occasions, and has also been appointed by the court to perform business valuations as an independent valuation expert in divorce proceedings and has also served as an arbitrator in civil litigation matters. Mr. Block currently serves on the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) Divorce Conference Committee. He has been awarded an Accredited in Business Valuation credential (ABV) from the American Institute of CPA’s (AICPA). Mr. Block is also credentialed as a Certified Valuation Analyst, (CVA) and belongs to the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA). Mr. Block received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration in 1979 from the American University in Washington, D.C. Mr. Block frequently speaks before groups on different topic matters and has previously lectured at the NACVA national conference held in San Diego in June 2011 on the subject matter of engagement letters. He has also lectured before the PICPA at their annual divorce conference held in King of Prussia in October 2011 on the same subject matter. Mr. Block has been asked again to speak before the Pennsylvania Institute of CPA’s at their annual divorce conference which was recently held in October 2012 on the topic of “Equitable Distribution.” Mr. Block is an expert in “electronic security” and owns an alarm company that sells and installs residential and commercial burglar and fire alarm systems as well as video surveillance systems and access control. Mr. Block is currently serving a 4 year term as elected Commissioner of South Whitehall Township located in Lehigh County, Pennsylvania, comprising of a community of approximately 20,000 citizens. Prior to Mr. Block’s election as commissioner, he served 7 years as a member of the South Whitehall Township Zoning Hearing Board. Mr. Block has always enjoyed magic as a hobby and currently serves on the audit committee of the International Brotherhood of Magicians (IBM).

Diane L. Yetter is a strategist, advisor, speaker, author and expert witness in the field of sales and use tax. She is president of YETTERTM, a firm that provides sales tax services including system analysis and strategy, transaction tax automation implementation assistance, training, transactional planning and general consulting to clients of all sizes in myriad industries. She is also the founder of The Sales Tax Institute, a premier think tank that offers live and online courses to educate business professionals about sales and use tax. Diane was named one of Accounting Today’s 100 Most Influential People in Accounting for 2011 and 2012.

Suzie Doran is a partner in SingerLewak’s Los Angeles Assurance & Advisory practice. She has been with the firm since 2008. Previous to working at SingerLewak, Suzie was a senior manager at Grant Thornton, LLP in their transaction group. Prior to that, she worked at PwC, primarily in the San Jose office, where she started her career in 1997.
