Deacon Bill Koniers is a recognized change agent inside the U.S. Catholic Church today. As Director, Parish Finance Services for the Diocese of Bridgeport, Deacon Koniers oversaw the comprehensive re-engineering of parish financial administration to achieve immediate transparency and accountability to parishioners. This major process re-design effort required significant collaboration among Pastors, Parish Finance Councils, lay staff and volunteers across 87 parishes, and became the impetus for a strategic partnership with CathoNet and its rapid application of best practices and secure, affordable cloud technology.A native of Philadelphia, PA, and graduate of Philadelphia University, Deacon Koniers, 59, has more than 36 years of experience in global corporate management and operations. He spent 11 years in various management positions with General Electric, and another 11 years with Pirelli North America. Prior to joining the Diocese of Bridgeport in 2006, Deacon Koniers held senior executive roles with Air Products Healthcare, a $300 million regional provider of ancillary home healthcare products and services, where he implemented a new order-to-cash revenue cycle and far-reaching company-wide change management.Deacon Koniers was ordained to the Permanent Diaconate by Bishop William Lori in 2004, and presently serves at Saint Pius X Roman Catholic Parish in Fairfield, CT.

Anthony Reed, CPA, PMP is an international speaker and business professional with twenty-five years in management and executive positions for various Fortune 500 companies, governmental entities, and large consulting firms. These firms included Texas Instruments, Efficient Networks/Siemens, Motel 6, Frito-Lay, Ernst & Young, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas. Hes been interviewed on radio and webcast programs and featured in the business, travel, and sports sections of major newspapers and publications across the country. This includes the PMI Today, Dallas Morning News, Runners World, Southern Living, Ebony, and the Journal of Accountancy. He holds two graduate degrees and two undergraduate degrees. Hes completed over one hundred 26.2-mile marathons on all seven continents and in over forty States. This included the frigid Antarctica, Kenyas dangerous SafriCom Lewa, and Chinas Great Wall Marathons. About 300 people in the world had achieved this goal and hes the first Black. (By comparison, over 2,500 people have reached Mt. Everests summit.) Subsequently, his journeys were chronicled in his book, Running Shoes Are Cheaper Than Insulin: Marathon Adventures On All Seven Continents.

Katie Tolin is the marketing director for Ohio-based Rea & Associates, Inc. where she is responsible for marketing, business development, public relations and product management for the firm and its 11 offices. She was named the 2010 Accounting Marketer of the Year by CPA Practice Management Forum. Under her leadership, the firm has won 13 Marketing Achievement Awards from the Association for Accounting Marketing along with a silver quill and best of division award from the International Association of Business Communicators. She is currently president-elect of the board of directors for the Association for Accounting Marketing.

His firm was awarded Accounting Technology’s Pacesetter designation for seven consecutive years. Mr. Burch is actively involved in the AICPA and the Information Technology Alliance (ITA). Mr. Burch began his career in 1986 as a Senior Consultant with Arthur Andersen & Co.’s Management Information Consulting Division and went on to lead several prestigious VAR businesses. As President of Houston-based Burch Consultants, he built the firm into a nationally recognized industry leader.
