Michael has been in public accounting for over 35 years and is the owner of Michael D. Rubinstein CPA, PC., a small CPA firm in Woodbury, New York. The firm services individuals, businesses, and not for profit organizations.Michael is currently President of the Nassau/Suffolk Chapter of the National Conference of CPA Practitioners. He has served on many committees and was co-chair of the MAP committee for three years and has previously served as a Director and Vice-President of the chapter.� He is currently on the committee that runs the �Annual Ellen Gordon CPAs 4(a) Cause 5K Run/Walk to end Hunger.� �Additionally, he is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.Michael is a graduate Bernard M. Michael Pires has served as the VP of HR Solutions for ADP Small Business Services (SBS) since 2009 where he has built out a highly scalable HR service and implementation model.� Most recently, Michael has spearheaded the redesign and deployment of ADP SBS bundled HR Solution offerings including such features as a HR helpdesk, employee handbooks, and various hiring tools.�Prior to joining ADP, Michael was a seasoned entrepreneur and founded HRinterax in 2001.� The firm, a HR outsourcing and recruitment management company, developed a cloud based platform to deliver relevant and timely HR content with the goal of empowering employers to better manage their day-to-day HR administration.� The flagship product, HR411�, was acquired by ADP.��
