Steve McKay is CEO of DriveFactor, a leader in insurance telematics, providing powerful, flexible technology and solutions. Before founding DriveFactor, Steve spent 11 years as at Progressive Insurance and was responsible for product, marketing and consumer experience initiatives related to the carriers’ usage based insurance solutions. He also has worked in consumer finance at Capital One and in strategy consulting. He earned a JD/MBA from the University of Virginia and an A.B. in economics from Harvard College. DriveFactor was acquired by CCC Information Services in 2015.

Steven J. Hartman is CEO and President of Falls Lake National, a subsidiary of James River Group Holdings, Ltd. Mr. Hartman brings extensive leadership experience to Falls Lake having held executive positions in the insurance and reinsurance industry since 1992.Prior to Falls Lake National, he served as Senior Vice President of IAT Specialty, Occidental Fire & Casualty Insurance Company, Harco National Insurance Company and Wilshire Insurance Company, subsidiaries of IAT Group. Mr. Hartman has also served as Director at Arch Reinsurance Company, Senior Vice President at Gerlin Global Reinsurance Corporation of America, Senior Vice President and Chief Underwriting Officer and member of the Board at Constitution Reinsurance Company, and Vice President at Transatlantic Reinsurance Company. He has the designations of Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter and Associate in Reinsurance.

Randall Ishikawa is VP of Risk Visualization Solutions at EagleView Technologies and a leader in the Property Drone Consortium. He previously spent more than 26 years with Allstate Insurance Co., where he held various positions in claims, IT and underwriting. He holds a bachelor of science in business administration from California State University, Sacramento, and master degrees in business administration and information systems management from the Keller Graduate School of Management.

Eric Huls is senior vice president, Quantitative Research & Analytics for the Allstate Insurance Company. He is responsible for developing and applying predictive analytics-based solutions across the enterprise in support of the company�s business strategies. He leads a team of data scientists who are aligned with business functions across the company to solve problems and identify opportunities where sophisticated analytics can lead to better outcomes.�Since joining Allstate in 2000 as an actuarial analyst in Pricing, Eric has held many leadership roles within Allstate's Product Operations organization. In 2006, he took on the role of field product manager in Allstate�s Capital Region and joined the home office Quantitative Research and Analytics team in 2007, where he held various positions of increasing responsibility prior to being promoted to vice president in 2011. As vice president, Rating Plan Design, Modeling and Analytics, he was responsible for strategic direction and oversight in the development of robust rating plans, each of which has helped fuel success in our personal lines business.Eric holds a bachelor�s degree in Accounting and Statistics from Washington University in St. Louis. He is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries.

A native of sunny San Diego, with a background in Electrical Engineering from Stanford, John is passionate about pushing the envelope on big data and analytics. John is the Director of Data Science at CCC Information Services Inc. where he works to improve the claims process through the use of data analytics and predictive solutions. He has had the privilege of speaking at numerous analytics conferences on the world stage including Shanghai, Beijing, Austria, and Spain.�

Carla E. Brodley is the Dean of the College of Computer and Information Science at Northeastern University. A Fellow of the Association for the Advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AAAI), she specializes in interdisciplinary machine learning research. Currently she is on the editorial boards of JMLR, Machine Learning, and DKMD, and is a board member of the International Machine Learning Society and of DARPA�s Information Science and Technology (ISAT) Board.Brodley earned her bachelor�s degree at McGill University in Mathematics and Computer Science, and her MS and PhD in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts, at Amherst.

Kammi Skrzypek is a graduate of Davenport University in Market Management and is currently pursuing her MBA in Strategic Management. She started her career in 1988, and during her tenure worked in Agency Licensing and Contracting, Service Operations, Project Management and Business Technology. Kammi became Assistant Vice President of Distribution in 2009 heading up Inside Sales, which includes leading a team of 63 sales executives, selling all product lines (auto, specialty and business insurance) to 32,000 independent agents across the country.Today, Kammi is Vice President of IA Operations Sales, leading the National Accounts Group and Inside Sale teams selling all Personal Lines and Commercial Lines products. Included in her responsibilities is managing Western Star Insurance Agency which is company-owned independent agency that offers multiple lines of insurance to its customers.

Antony Parchment is Vice President of Drone Product Strategy for EagleView Technology Corp.� In this role, Parchment leads the development and implementation of a product strategy that commercializes drone technology and provides scalable and industry-specific solutions across multiple verticals, including the use of drone technologies and data in insurance claims and underwriting. Previously, Parchment ran the Claims Innovation Research and Development team at Liberty Mutual Insurance.This progressive team identified, developed and deployed technologies that reduced the carrier’s losses and expenses while also developing a ground-breaking strategy for operationalizing drones.�Prior to working at Liberty Mutual, Parchment spent 20 years leading software development teams in the development of digital products for Fortune 100 clients across various industries including automotive, financial services, telecom and retail.� He holds a B.A. degree from Dartmouth College and a J.D. degree from University of Maine Law School.�
