Robin F. Lenna is a senior operating executive in financial services and a recognized expert in structured finance, credit products and risk management. She joined MetLife, Inc. in 2004 and was promoted to her current position as executive vice-president and head of the Corporate Benefit Funding business in 2006. With $27 billion in sales and $166 billion in assets, her group provides a broad range of structured risk and funding solutions, including U.S. and U.K. pensions, group annuity and investment products, corporate and bank owned life insurance, and post-retirement benefit funding solutions.

Mark has authored and presented insurance industry studies to many of the worlds top insurers and is a frequent conference presenter. Mark also directs innovation workshops and discussions with senior insurance leaders, bringing IBMs worldwide expertise and IBM Research insights together to build sustainable competitive advantage.Mark previously has led business units in technology infrastructure, CRM, and insurance process consultancy. Mark has personally led implementations of commercial claims systems, PMO organizations, data warehouses, and underwriting expert systems for multiple top 10 US P&C insurers. He is a 20-year veteran of the insurance industry.

Mojgan Lefebvre is Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Liberty Mutual Global Specialty.� In this role she is a member of the executive committee, reporting to the President of Global Specialty.�Mojgan leads all aspects of technology planning and execution and is accountable for technology strategy, business capability delivery, application development and support.�Prior to assuming the role of Global Specialty CIO, Ms. Lefebvre was CIO for Liberty Mutual Commercial Markets, where she led the implementation of an award-winning claims analytics solution, and drove a technology roadmap that helped transform the company from a multi-market group to one Commercial Market unit.�Before joining Liberty Mutual in 2010, Ms. Lefebvre was Corporate CIO for bioMerieux, a global medical device company with business in over 100 countries.� Prior to her roles in IT, she worked as a strategy consultant at Bain & Co.��Ms. Lefebvre holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Georgia Tech and an MBA from Harvard Business School.� She was born in Iran and has lived in Russia, Israel, France and the US.�

Patrick J. Hatfield is a partner in the Corporate Department in Locke Lord's Austin office and co-chairs the Firm’s Technology Transactions Group. Throughout his legal career, Mr. Hatfield has focused on financial services, intellectual property and technology, gaining valuable experience as in-house counsel, including 10 years as senior counsel and vice president to a leading provider of IT and outsourcing services to the global financial services industry now part of Computer Sciences Corporation. He co-authored the 6-Point Framework for assessing risk in electronic signature and e-contracting processes. Maureen Toomey currently serves as Chief Operating Officer of Aon Broking in the US. In this capacity, Maureen is responsible for the execution of Aons broking platform in the United States. This includes coordination of Aons international broking centers, global specialties, and Aons leading edge analytics. She is responsible for the development and execution of Aon Risk Services brokerage compensation strategies, defining performance measures for brokers, optimizing Aons global specialties and Global Broking Centers, and monitoring activity and staffing levels to maintain efficiency and client value. Prior to the role of COO, she served as a Vice President of ARS Global Broking Excellence team, where she was responsible for the insights and analytics generated from the Aon Global Risk Insight Platform. Maureen works with Aons Center for Innovation and Analytics in Ireland on further differentiating Aon via the use of unmatched risk benchmarking data as well as insights on carrier performance, risk appetite and carriers ability to meet client needs. Maureen has an undergraduate degree in Actuarial Sciences from the University of Illinois and her MBA with a Finance specialization from New York Universitys Stern School of Business.

Pawel A. Stefanski is an executive in charge of Value Creation on the IBM Global Insurance Industry team. In this cross-organizational and worldwide role, he works with IBM teams and IBM Business Partners to develop and bring to market innovative solutions for major insurance companies. He is a member of the WW Insurance Leadership team, and he co-leads a number of industry initiatives, including IBM insurance standards strategy, Smarter Insurance, integrated risk management and core insurance transformation.Pawel has a M.Sc. in Computer Science, and has completed PhD coursework (ABD) in Machine Learning at George Mason University. He holds PMP and CA-AM designations.
