Bruce Weisgerber is Vice President & Head of the Commercial Insurance Applications and Reporting for Munich Reinsurance America, Inc. (�Munich Re�) in Princeton, New Jersey.Since joining Munich Re in 1997 as a Business Analyst, he has held roles as Business Intelligence Architect and led the company�s Data Governance area for both the Insurance and Reinsurance market segments.� In 2009, Bruce joined the Information Technology organization with primary responsibility for the Applications and BI areas serving Munich Re�s Commercial Insurance Businesses.� He was a member of Munich Re�s U.S. Strategy Implementation team, and Predictive Analytics Taskforce.�Prior to joining Munich Re, Bruce worked as a Director of Information Technology Development and Data Warehousing for Consolidated Edison of New York and led IT�s Business Transformation Organization.Bruce is a Certified Business Continuity Professional with over 29 years of Information Technology experience. He has a Bachelor�s degree in Management from St. John�s University and a Masters of Business Administration degree in Management Information Systems from Pace University.�

Maggie Westdale is the Global Chief Financial Officer for Aon Benfield, based in Chicago.� She is also a member of the Aon Benfield Global Executive Committee.� Maggie spent 10 years at CNA in a number of senior finance roles, most recently as SVP, Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis and as the internal CFO for CNA�s Property Casualty Operations. Prior to these roles, she also served as SVP, Senior Financial Officer for the Technology Group and as VP of Corporate Finance in the M&A and Industry Analysis Group at CNA.� Prior to CNA, Maggie was an associate of Price Waterhouse LPP in financial services. She has a BA and a MBA (Finance and Corporate Strategy) from the University of Michigan.

Nancy Mueller is Head of Operations for Zurich North America. In this leadership role, she leads���the Business Change and IT, Operational Transformation, Operations Policy� and Administration, Premium Audit and Underwriting Support and Service teams.�� ������������������������������������������������������������������Nancy is responsible for driving and assuring the achievement of desired business results from the business division's strategic and operational transformation initiatives. As part of this role, Nancy is a key member of the Zurich Group and General Insurance Operations Councils aimed at driving operational transformation globally for Zurich. Nancy also serves as chair of the Zurich American Insurance Company Risk and Control committee.����������������������������������������������������������������Nancy previously served as the chief actuarial officer for North America.�� Before joining the Zurich organization in 1992, she held actuarial positions at the St. Paul Companies and American International Group.�����Nancy has a bachelor�s degree in actuarial science from Drake University.�� She is also a fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries.

Charles currently serves as Analytic Development Leader for AudaExplore within their Decision Sciences organization.� He is responsible for the management and delivery of decision analytics initiatives and predictive model development deployed within AudaExplore claims solutions.� He recently joined AudaExplore following successful tenures as Auto Product Management Consultant at Ally Financial and Director of Analytic Science within FICO's Global Analytic Services business unit. Throughout his career, Charles has served on a variety of predictive science and decision management optimization engagements covering multiple decisions areas.� His engagements have included the delivery of custom analytic solutions such as segmentation, scorecard modeling, behavior scoring, and decision strategy optimization for the financial services, auto, retail, consumer services and insurance industry verticals.� Charles' passion is leading the execution of data analytics that assist organizations in overcoming business challenges and drive better decisions.� Charles' academic merits include a bachelor's degree from Ithaca College and an MBA with a concentration in Quantitative Methods from Widener University.
