Andy Pulkstenis is a Director of Analytics for State Farm Insurance in Bloomington, IL. In this role he leads a team of advanced analytics professionals providing data science, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling support for the enterprise across a variety of business units. His background includes nearly 15 years of experience improving business strategies with designed multivariate experiments.Andy received his MS degree in Statistics from Penn State University and holds a BS in Mathematics (Statistics minor) from Messiah College. He has spent nearly 20 years in applied business analytics with Trilogy Consulting, Capital One, and now State Farm Insurance, with particular focus on predictive modeling, experimental design, building analytic teams, and statistical recruiting. When not working, Andy enjoys spending time with his family, hockey, and football.

Lori Bailey is the Global Head of Special Lines for Zurich General Insurance.� In her current role, Ms. Bailey is responsible for the development and implementation of global strategies, as well as portfolio management, underwriting governance and product development globally for all Specialty Lines written at Zurich General Insurance.� In this capacity, Ms. Bailey oversees technical underwriting operations for Professional and Management Liability, Security & Privacy / Cyberliability, Financial Institutions, Surety, Trade Credit and related lines of business.� She has successfully led several product rollouts around the world, and formed many thought leadership initiatives on these lines.� Ms. Bailey has held this position since July 2014.� Previously, Ms. Bailey was the Global Head of Professional Liability for Zurich General Insurance, and has held a number of leadership roles within the Zurich organization.Prior to her tenure at Zurich, Ms. Bailey was a Vice President in AIG’s Professional Liability division and was responsible for all professional liability product management operations, including Employed Lawyers coverage, Miscellaneous Professional Liability, Technology E&O and Security & Privacy risks.� As part of her role, Ms. Bailey developed and executed several new product offerings.� Ms. Bailey also worked for several years as a Senior Underwriter and began her career as a Claims Analyst in AIG’s Professional Liability division.� Additionally, Ms. Bailey worked as a Vice President in Marsh's FINPRO division working with D&O, EPLI, Fiduciary, Crime and E&O placements.�Ms. Bailey is a member of PLUS and currently serves as an officer on the PLUS Steering Committee for the New England Chapter.� She has authored numerous articles on Security & Privacy as well as a variety of leadership topics.� She is a frequent guest contributor for Fortune Insider as well as a regular speaker on panels and forums related to financial lines and cyberliability topics.Education:•�Master of Arts, Spanish; Villanova University; Villanova, Pennsylvania, •�Bachelor of Arts, Economics & Spanish; Dickinson College; Carlisle, Pennsylvania, magna cum laude

Ageas underwrite policies for a range of partners and John is responsible for the online performance of these brands such as Virgin Money, John Lewis and Kwik-Fit. He believes in removing opinion, instead combining data-driven insight with creative thinking and strategic leadership to continually improve the online customer experience.

Yogesh Shinde, joined 1insurer in June 2016, with more than 30 years in technology and software development across a range of disciplines, including R&D, collaborative product design and emerging technologies in an agile environment. Prior to 1insurer, Yogesh worked at OptumInsight (part of UnitedHealth Group) where he led the strategic development of the company’s technology teams and the development and delivery of the company’s software portfolio including Analytics, Population Management, Care Coordination, and Healthcare Information Exchange. Nishant Upadhyay,� Director, Business Intelligence and Analytics – American Family InsuranceNishant Upadhyay is the director of Business Intelligence and Analytics at American Family Insurance. He has over 10 years of experience in the information and data field both on the delivery side in IT and as consumer in operations management on the business side. Anne Melissa Dowling, CFA, was appointed the Acting Director of the Illinois Department of Insurance (IDOI) by Governor Bruce Rauner on July 1, 2015. She served for four years working in leadership positions for state insurance departments in Connecticut and now, Illinois, after 25 years in the private sector.At the NAIC, Director Dowling is an involved member of the Government Relations Leadership Council, the Interstate Insurance Product Regulation Commission, International Insurance Relations Leadership Group,, the Cybersecurity Executive Task Force, Vice Chair of the C (Property Casualty) Committee , the Chair of the C Committee’s Travel Insurance Working Group, the Chair of the E Committee’s Infrastructure Investments Working Group, and is a member of the Midwest Inter-Agency Steering Committee. She is honored by the opportunity to contribute to the growth and innovation underway in the insurance industry in the State of Illinois and nationally.In� July� 2014,� Insurance� Business� America� magazine� named� her� one� of� the� “50� Elite� Women� inInsurance,” highlighting her commitment to consumer protection and regulatory innovation.Prior to her regulatory work, Director Dowling was a senior vice president at MassMutual where she built the institutional insurance business to more than $12 billion in annual revenue and created an award-winning Women's Markets Initiative which contributed to an increased number of female sales agents and sales materials and approaches geared toward women.�� She served as Chief Investment Officer at Connecticut Mutual and held positions in investments and treasury functions at Aetna Life & Casualty and Travelers Insurance.She is and has been active in governance roles on numerous non-profit boards focusing on education and literacy as well as for-profit boards including the Hartford Public Library board (Executive Committee and Chair of Financial Health Committee, past-President).� She is a past member of the Amherst College, University of Connecticut Foundation and Miss Porter’s School boards as well as a past corporator of the Wadsworth Atheneum.
