Samantha Chow is a senior analyst with Aite Group, specializing in the life and annuities industry. She brings over 15 years of experience in primary and secondary market research, product development, pricing strategies, competitive intelligence, project management, process improvement, and change management in the financial services industry.Prior to joining Aite Group, Ms. Chow was corporate vice president of business productivity and innovation at New York Life Insurance Company. In this role, she was responsible for building and growing an enterprise-wide capability for facilitating transformational and cultural insurance change. This position included training and coaching at all levels, executing focused initiatives with stakeholders, and implementing full-scale projects for business and IT initiatives (using SAFe/Agile methods). Prior to this role, Ms. Chow led the research department at New York Life Insurance Company, where she was charged with providing research and recommendations for business strategies, new products, pricing analysis/strategies, and competitive intelligence through both primary and secondary methods. She also worked at American Family Life Assurance Company in multiple research capacities, including agent satisfaction and technology needs assessments. Additionally, she has held research positions in the travel and tourism, financial, and publishing industries.Ms. Chow holds a B.S. in Marketing and Statistics and a Masters in International Business. Linda is Head of the Investments IT Global Strategy organization.With staff in the US, London, Japan, Hong Kong and India, Linda is currently responsible for the transformation of the Inv IT Strategy to align with the Global Investments business operating model. She also leads the Global Securities Back Office/Accounting, Global Derivatives, Securities Lending and Collateral Management Technology teams and is responsible for supporting various Enterprise initiatives. Partnering with the business, Linda is also driving technology solutions to ensure compliance with Dodd-Frank, EMIR, and Solvency II regulations.Linda has 20+ years of experience in Technology. She has held numerous leadership positions charged with IT strategy/roadmap development, program management and end to end implementation of large-scale, high impact Investments, Finance and Risk Management Systems. She has also successfully led various acquisition/merger integration efforts, most notably Alico and Travelers.She holds a BS in Computer Science and an MBA in Finance. She is also a graduate of the Babson Business Acumen Program and the Smith College Executive Leadership Consortium. She is a member of the Society of Information Management and the Women’s Bond Club.�

Louis’s background includes independent and corporate consulting where his experience ranges from financial services (asset management, retail banking), insurance (P&C, Life and Wealth Management), and government/military industries within the federal sector as well as Fortune 50 companies. He has lead programs internationally across the disciplines of business strategy, line operations/analytics and technology management. Louis is an Adjunct Professor at Rensselaer Polytechnic institute where he instructs in Lean Six Sigma methodology and Service Operations Effectiveness. In addition, he is a retired USAFR Colonel where his leadership, strategy and operations background had been honed for over 28 years as a Logistics and Aircraft Maintenance Officer.

Patrick Kelly is the AVP for Emerging Technologies at USAA. He is the business leader for USAA's award-winning Mobile and Tablet channels.
