Jennifer Sprague, vice president of marketing, joined iMarket, Inc. in 1995 as the director of customer acquisition. Sprague has more than 15 years of marketing and direct marketing management experience including management positions at BIS Strategic Decisions (now Giga Information Group) and Decision Resources. Prior to BIS, Sprague was a direct marketing manager for Moore Medical Corp., where she managed the programs for a $50 million direct response division. Michael J. Alvarado is chair of the newly formed Storage Security Industry Association Forum (SSIF)chartered to understand and document end-user requirements and industry standards for storage security best practices and policies of SNIA. As storage prodcut manager at NeoScale Systems, Inc., Alvarado's responsibilities include product planning and positioning for NeoScale's storage security solutions. Alvarado has been in the storage networking industry developing new products and solutions as well as technical marketing for more than 15 years. He has been instrumental in developing customer and industry acceptance for next generation SCSI- interface products, the direct access file system protocol and the Open Storage Networking Initiative.
