Steve Meyer is director of data warehouse implementation services for Quareo, LLC, a leading provider of customer relationship management (CRM) services. A veteran of data mart and warehouse projects of all sizes across multiple industries including financial services, telecom, customer service and dot-coms, Meyer provides expert guidance to Quaero clients negotiating tool selection and architecture development decisions. An honors graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, Meyer holds undergraduate and advanced degrees in chemistry. He worked in the process manufacturing and financial services industries prior to joining Quaero.

Len Dubois is the vice president of Marketing for the Trillium Software division of Harte-Hanks LLC. He has been with Harte-Hanks for 10 years. Dubois is responsible for the development and execution of worldwide marketing initiatives for Trillium Software. Philip Russom is the senior manager of research and services at The Data Warehousing Institute (TDWI), where he oversees many of TDWI's research-oriented publications, services and events. Prior to joining TDWI in 2005, Russom was an industry analyst covering BI at Forrester Research, Giga Information Group and Hurwitz Group. He also ran his own business as an independent industry analyst and BI consultant, and was contributing editor with Intelligent Enterprise and DM Review magazines.
