Katharine Coppola is Territory Manager for Jefferson National, covering the states of Idaho, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wyoming, Arizona, Alaska, New Jersey and Illinois. With her comprehensive expertise in Jefferson Nationals products, investment options and innovative technology platform, as well as her extensive knowledge of the competitive landscape, Ms. Coppola is an educator and valued consultant to the advisors she serves. Ms Coppola previously served as Branch Analyst at UBS Financial Services, where she worked with advisors to increase fee-based assets through financial planning, asset allocation analysis and mutual fund research. Brian is a co-founder and Principal of 361° Capital LLC. Brian is located in the Denver office and as Chief Investment Officer is responsible for macro economic research, portfolio construction, and portfolio management. He has over 25 years of experience in the investment management profession and has personally provided investment advisory services to numerous institutions and high net worth individuals. In 1996, Mr. Cunningham co-founded a regional investment advisor, where he served on the Board of Managers and acted as Chief Investment Strategist. Over his career he has gained extensive hedge fund experience while managing the due diligence and research efforts on traditional and hedge fund products. In addition to his experience evaluating hedge funds, Mr. Cunningham also has direct hedge fund expertise, which he developed while serving as managing member for a quantitative market neutral management company. Mr. Cunningham has earned the designations Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Certified Investment Management Consultant (CIMC). He is a member of the Association of Investment Management and Research and the Denver Society of Security Analysts. In addition, he is a charter member of the Institute for Certified Investment Management Consultants (ICIMC). In 1999, Mr. Cunningham was honored as one of the financial services industry best and brightest by the Society of Senior Consultants for his pioneering work in advancing the practice of investment management consulting. Ms. Hill joined ProFund Advisors LLC in 2009 and her responsibilities include research, development and dissemination of investment strategies utilizing the firms ProShares exchange traded funds (ETFs) and ProFunds mutual funds. Prior to joining ProFunds Group, Ms. Hill was with Goldman Sachs for 17 years. Her experience there included leading global equity derivatives research, focusing on institutional applications of ETFs, futures, options, swaps, and index portfolio trading. She most recently served as a managing director in Goldmans Pensions, Endowments, and Foundations Group.Ms. Hill has published extensively on quantitative investment topics and derivatives, with recent articles in the Financial Analysts Journal, Journal of Portfolio Management, and Journal of Trading. She serves on the board and heads the research committee for the "Q" Group and is on the editorial board of the Financial Analysts Journal and Journal of Indexing. She has also served as a member of the Standard & Poor's, Russell, and Financial Times Index Committees.Prior to coming to Wall Street, she was on the finance faculty of the University of Massachusetts (Amherst) and was a research analyst at the Federal Reserve Board. She received a Ph.D. in finance from Syracuse University, an M.A. in international affairs from George Washington University, and an undergraduate degree in International Service from American University.

Martin Kremenstein joined Deutsche Bank AG in August 2006, and serves as a Director in the DBX Group with responsibility for providing currency and commodity-based investor solutions to the DB sales force in the Americas. Mr. Kremenstein serves as the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Investment Officer and Director of DB Commodity Services LLC, the Managing Owner of the Powershares DB commodity and currency platform in the US. Prior to joining Deutsche Bank, Mr. Kremenstein worked for JPMorgan Chase from September 1998 to August 2006, initially in London and then, from June 2003, in New York. From February 2005 to August 2006, Mr. Kremenstein worked in Market Risk Management, covering the Credit Portfolio division initially as an Associate, and later as a Vice President. Mr. Kremenstein received his B.A. from the University of Leeds in 1998.

Bruno del Ama is the co-founder and CEO of New York based asset manager Global X Funds. The company is dedicated to developing innovative Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) focused on global markets. Global X Funds was recently ranked as the fastest growing family of exchange traded funds. Previously, Mr. del Ama served as head of operations in the structured products business at Radian Asset Assurance. Prior to that, he was a senior consultant at Oliver Wyman advising leading financial services firms in a range of strategy matters. Mr. del Ama, a CFA charter holder, received his MBA from the Wharton Business School.
