Sandra Timmermann is the Director of the MetLife Mature Market Institute. In this role, she is responsible for MetLifes information and policy resource center for issues concerning aging, retirement, long-term care, and the mature market. She is a nationally recognized gerontologist with over 25 years of experience in the field of aging. Prior to joining MetLife in April 1997, Timmermann held senior staff positions with several national aging organizations, including the American Society on Aging, AARP, and SeniorNet. Earlier in her career, she worked with corporate clients as an account supervisor in public relations and marketing agencies.\n\nTimmermann writes the Financial Gerontology column for the Journal of Financial Service Professionals. She is a frequent speaker at conferences and seminars, such as World at Work, Mid-Sized Pension Management, American Society on Aging, and the International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists, and has been interviewed by major media, including the Wall Street Journal and the New York Times. She serves on the Boards of Directors of the American Society on Aging, the National Alliance for Caregiving, and the Southwestern Connecticut Area Agency on Aging. In addition, she is Chair of the Business Forum on Aging and is listed in Whos Who in America. Timmermann received a BA degree from the University of Colorado and MA and Ed.D. degrees from Columbia University.

Wayne is the CEO of Commonwealth. A member of the firms senior management team since 1999, he is responsible for managing our primary objective of providing indispensable products and services to our network of independent financial advisors. Wayne began his career in Commonwealths Accounting department in 1989, and, over the past 20 years, he has gained experience in virtually every facet of the firm. As one of the pioneers of our wealth management initiative, he has an extensive background in managing the firms research, insurance, financial planning, retirement, and registered investment adviser divisions. Wayne is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School, having graduated from the Owner\/President Management Program. He received a BS in business management from Northeastern University, graduating with honors. Wayne also served as chairman of the IAFPs Financial Products Advisory Council. He holds a number of FINRA registrations. Wayne also currently serves on the board of directors of Calling All Crows, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering women around the world.

Ivy Menchel, President of Family Wealth Planning Partners, began her financial services career more than 18 years ago at a premier full-service brokerage firm. In addition to her comprehensive financial planning practice, she currently works with divorcing clients, matrimonial attorneys and mediators to address the financial issues of divorce and assess their options for fair and equitable settlements. Ivy supports and educates her clients, and their advisors, through the entire divorce process. She is trained in mediation and though she does not practice mediation, these skills are utilized in collaborative, litigated and mediated cases. Amy Florian is the CEO of Corgenius, a company that specializes in training professionals in how to support clients in transition and grief. A nationally acclaimed speaker, Florian was featured in Financial Advisor magazine and is a regular columnist for the Journal of Financial Planning. She is a Fellow in Thanatology, an adjunct professor in the graduate department of Loyola University, and a grief coach\/consultant who has worked with more than 1,800 grieving people. She is author of over 90 articles, she consults with businesses, professionals, and individuals across the country, and she is known for her dynamic and engaging workshops, classes, and presentations.

Jennifer Gitto joined TD AMERITRADE Institutional in January, 2009. Since then, she has worked in Strategic Relationship Management as a Strategic Relationship Consultant covering the Advisors in Transition and assisting the Sales Divisions across the entire country. Prior to joining TD Ameritrade Institutional, she worked at Pershing as a Product Consultant in Product Management and Development for two and half years and at Morgan Stanley Investment Management wholesaling. Jennifer graduated from Muhlenberg College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and a focus in Marketing. She completed her MBA in Finance in 2007 and holds her FINRA Series 7 and 63.
