    Carol is a magna cum laude graduate of Central Michigan University and holds Master's and bachelor's degrees. She's also a Certified Financial Planner® practitioner. During college in the late sixties and early seventies, she was involved in gay activism and anti-war protests in Washington, D.C.\nShe met her partner Marilyn in 1985 and they were married in California in 2008. Carol enjoys golf and is a fan of the Dodgers and the Lakers. She also holds season tickets to the WNBA L.A. Sparks.\nCarol is active in her community, volunteering for her church, music groups, neighborhood associations and sports groups when she's called upon.\nBefore entering the financial services industry, Carol was a computer consultant specializing in financial services.     Ann Linton has been in the institutional client services field for 33 years. She is currently a vice president and senior client service manager of institutional clients at Duff & Phelps Investment Management Co. where she is responsible for institutional client relationships in marketing and sales support. Prior to joining Duff & Phelps in 2012, Ms. Linton was vice president and senior client relationship manager at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Earlier she worked as a client service manager at Chicago Trust\/ ABN AMRO Trust Services, The Hartford and 17 years as an institutional client manager at Aetna Life Insurance Company. Ms. Linton is a charter member and the current President of the Chicago Financial Women’s Organization, volunteers at the Tree House Shelter in the city, and has been a volunteer with the Chicago Lights Tutoring program since 1990.
