John Michel, CEO, most recently served as the President of Bloomberg Wealth, a wholly owned subsidiary of Bloomberg L.P. In this role he led the introduction of BloombergBlack which had one of the fastest launches in the industry, capturing over $1.5 billion in assets in less than six months and proving that investors will pay an incremental $100 a month for a value added wealth management service delivered primarily through technology. Throughout his 25 years as both an intrapreneur and entrepreneur, Michel has played an instrumental role in the conceptualization and launch of game-changing financial services products across a diverse array of channels.\nDuring his 13 years at Merrill Lynch, Michel spearheaded numerous transformative initiatives for the firm including the development of the Financial Advisor Center and Merrill Lynch Direct that today are known as Merrill Edge. Michel identified the growing opportunity to service clients directly and created the industry’s first full service direct-to-consumer platform, garnering a base of over 300,000 customers. Additionally, Michel was instrumental in the formation of the Roth IRA and Medical Savings Accounts. During his time at Merrill, he played an active role in the original messaging and promotion to Washington legislators.\nFollowing Merrill Lynch, Michel built and eventually sold Bullrun Financial, Inc., a financial services and technology company that delivered portfolio measurement services to wealth advisories.\nOver the course of his career, Michel has been featured in a variety of notable press outlets including CNBC, Fox News, The Wall Street Journal and Investment News. In 1988 he was awarded the ‘Entrepreneur of the Year’ award by the Small Business Council of Pittsburgh for his work at Carnegie Mellon regarding a new, innovative way to deliver financial services products. Michel earned an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University after serving as a captain in the U.S. Army. He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point.\n

Deepika Sharma, CFA is the Director of Research and Associate Portfolio Manager at Astor Investment Management, a $1.9 bn asset management firm, where she co-manages the multi- asset tactical portfolios and sits on the Investment Committee. She joined Astor in 2012 and worked on the sector rotation fund which ranks in the top percentile in its category on Morningstar. Prior to that, she has worked at Roubini Global Economics in macro strategy and at Nomura as an Analyst on the EMEA Fixed Income Prop trading desk. She started her career at Lehman Brothers specializing in European asset backed securities. Deepika is also active with the New York Society of Security Analysts (NYSSA) as Vice Chair of the Global Investing Committee. Deepika holds a Masters in International Finance and Economics from Columbia University and has been a CFA charterholder since 2014.

Sue Thompson, Managing Director, is Head of the Institutional Asset Management\/RIA Channel, overseeing the firm's sales efforts with asset managers, ETF Investment Strategists, registered investment advisors and family offices.\nPrior to joining BGI in 2007, Ms. Thompson was a principal at Vanguard, heading the national sales team focused on national full service brokerage firms. She joined Vanguard in August 1999 as Senior Counsel, specializing in tax law and structured products. Prior to joining Vanguard, she was an attorney at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe, LLP in California, specializing in public finance.\nMs. Thompson is a CPA and holds her Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) designation through the Investment Management Consultants Association in conjunction with the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.\nMs. Thompson received her BA in accounting from the University of Washington and JD from the University of California, Davis.

Caroline Ritter serves as co-portfolio manager of Lyrical Asset Management. Ms. Ritter brings to her role almost twenty years of investment experience in fundamental value equities. Prior to joining Lyrical, she directly managed value portfolios for multi-billion dollar firms at Equinox Capital Management and Pilot Advisors. She has worked as an equity analyst at PIMCO Equity Advisors\/Oppenheimer Capital, Pzena Investment Management, and Goldman Sachs Asset Management. Ms. Ritter graduated summa cum laude from the Honors College at SUNY Stony Brook with a dual B.S. degree in Applied Mathematics & Statistics and Economics.

Jillian DelSignore, CIMA, Executive Director, is the Head of ETF Distribution with J.P.Morgan’s Asset Management business. She is responsible for leading the sales efforts and strategy in the intermediary and institutional markets.\nBefore joining J.P.Morgan in September 2015, Jillian was a Strategic Account Manager within BlackRock's iShares ETF Institutional Asset Management Group. She was responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with institutional investors, including boutique asset managers, global institutional asset managers, hedge funds and registered investment advisory firms.\nPrior to joining iShares in March, 2009, Ms. DelSignore worked in the Independent Advisory Channel of Goldman Sachs Asset Management covering GSAM mutual funds, separate accounts, retirement plans, and alternative investments. She joined Goldman Sachs in 2005. Earlier, Ms. DelSignore worked in both the Institutional Corporate Cash and Global Bank Divisions at Federated Investors from 2000-2005.\nMs. DelSignore has a B.A. in Communications from John Carroll University and an M.B.A degree in Finance from the Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh. She earned her CIMA designation from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and holds the Series 6, 7, and 66 licenses.
