Deb Buzick isthe US Wealth Management Compliance Advisory Manager for Bank of America\/ Merrill Lynch.\nHer Senior Compliance Advisor Team provides Compliance support to Managers, Financial Advisors and Client Associates in theUS registered Advisory and Private Banking Branch Offices. The Team conducts Compliance training, provides advice and guidance on laws, rules and regulations andconducts internal investigations of Firm policy breaches. Team members also participate in monitoring and testing of business practices, sit on governance committees, develop branch office policies and procedures and create compliance reporting required by FINRA, SEC, OCC and the Federal Reserve.\nDeb has served on the Bank of America Diversity and Inclusion Council and is a voting member of numerousUS Wealth Management committees including Heightened Supervision, Client Escalation, ADV Review, Regulatory Reporting and Managed Solutions. She has presented alongside Merrill Lynchs Financial Gerontologist Cynthia Hutchins regarding the US aging population and the related issues the Financial Industry is facing .\nDeb began her career at Merrill Lynch in Memphis, TN in 1977. After 18 years as a commodity broker and financial advisor in Memphis and Minneapolis she accepted a position in Branch Management in Southern California. In 2004she joined Merrill Lynchs Office of General Council in the Compliance Department. Her role in US Wealth Management Compliance required her to relocate to New York City last September.

Melissa Rosenbaum is a marketing professional with more than 30 years of experience. Currently she is Senior Marketing Manager of the Retirement Plan Solutions and Self-Directed Plan Services businesses at TD Ameritrade Institutional. Rosenbaum is responsible for driving and developing the marketing strategy and execution for all aspects of product development, technology, retention and acquisition programs for both lines of business.\nPreviously, Rosenbaum was Vice President of Marketing for ICON Advisors. Prior to that, she held marketing management positions with Fiserv Investment Support Services, Great-West Life and Annuity and Karsh & Hagan Advertising Agency. Additionally she has served as a marketing consultant for a number of financial services firms.\nRosenbaum received a bachelors degree in journalism and advertising from the University of Colorado. She is a member of the Business Marketing Association. She has received numerous awards from both marketing and financial services organizations in recognition of her marketing campaigns and programs.
