Sandy Johnson is a disability and productivity consultant with the Workplace Possibilities program at Standard Insurance Company. By meeting with employers and understanding their work culture and needs, she matches on-site consultants with employers and oversees services that help injured and ill employees stay at work or return to work as soon as possible.

Hardeep co-founded Motif Investing, a concept-driven trading platform that allows individuals to act on their investing insights and desires.  He spent more than six years as an executive at Microsoft where he last served as General Manager of their Enterprise Services business. He started at Microsoft as Director Corporate Development and Strategy, helping to oversee Microsoft’s investments and acquisitions. He began his career as a consultant at The Boston Consulting Group.\nHe holds a BS in Economics and Engineering from Yale University, an MBA from the Wharton School of Business and carries Series 7, 24 and 63 licenses in the securities industry. He is an active member of FINRA's Small Firm Advisory Board and currently sits on FINRA’s Technology Advisory Committee.
